I had a massage in the Spa, from Jasmine Sosa. She is incredibly talented, intuitive, and has a wicked sense of humor. She really helped me and just knew exactly where I was hurting. I highly recommend her!

Worst designed gym I've ever been to. Whoever designed and built this gym should get sued simply for bad design and layout. One big error was placing the first bench press nearly fifty feet from the rack of weights. You would either have carry the weights individually back and forth the long distance to the bench, pile them up on the floor by your bench, or wait for the closer bench to the racks to be available. Hopefully, Equinox staff would have added another rack of weights near the first bench press by the time they read this. The other embarrassing design error was placing the employee exit/entrance door directly in front of the last shower stall in the men's bathroom. The shower doors are frosted glass, not completely opaque. Talk about invasion of privacy!Someone with a good eye for design could see that this gym was cheaply built in a rush - exposed ceiling in the bathrooms, aluminum walls by the pool, no relaxing areas with plush seating, a floor space too small for everyone parked in the  parking garage/lot to use.

This gym is as special as it sounds. Top notch equipment and classes, great instructors and personal trainers, and very clean facility. Simply the best gym I have seen around.

I believe punctuality should be a basic expectation for any gym. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, the manager arrived late for our meeting. Consequently, I had to wait for the introduction before being able to use the gym facilities. This delay was quite frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. In the end, I decided to leave before even getting the chance to meet the manager.

I was recently in an accident and can’t use the gym. I got a doctors note so I may cancel.I was told I couldn’t work out for the foreseeable future and even then could only walk. The gym said they would not cancel unless I got a note that said I could never work out again. So unless you die?? Very clean, great gym. Extremely poor customer service, now I pay $300 a month for a sauna.

The worst customer service from assistant general managers! Jean-Luc was absolutely terrible - heard he moved over to a different location. Couldn’t even process a simple basic freeze and it took 6 weeks to rectify such a small issue with me constantly trying to get a hold of him. Wouldn’t take calls nor would they call you back. The new management is also slow in responding. For how much you’re paying, by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Almost about to quit!

really poor attitude from the front desk, asked for quick tour of the promise but guy claimed gonna be living in 7 minutes so refuses to allow us in for a quick look around say we either got to buy day pass or activate gym membership . what is the big deal with a quick look ? We didn't even bring gym bags so obviously wasn't planning to use the facility.I expected apple like service from equinox but this quality of service even worst than 711

These guys will NEVER respond to your email or calls again once you signed up for membership. They can't even handle the most basic customer requests. I sent them a medical note to freeze my membership and hadn't gotten any response yet.In the meantime, they are apparently busy sending customer reach-out emails to my fiancé, who I brought as a guest to the gym once before. How funny.I seriously regret my decision to join them, and really should've read these reviews more carefully before I joined.
