I’ve been training here for a couple weeks. People here are nice and friendly. The movement and techniques from instructors are practical and useful. They offer advanced and fundamental classes which is pretty flexible.

I’ve been training here for about six months, and I love the community I have found here. Although it’s now out of the way for me due to new work location, I still refuse to leave this gym. Everyone is very respectful and I feel completely safe here, which is important to mention.

Amazing instructors that break down techniques step by step, and who are very eager to answer questions from students. Friendly atmosphere, reasonable pricing and schedule, and a great environment for beginners. I feel lucky to be here!
