As a rock climber, I was curious if personal training could accelerate my progress. Jason worked with me to identify my weaker muscle groups and tailored workouts for my specific climbing goals. I am thankful for the community and consistency personal training has brought to my life. Would highly recommend Jason to anyone – he enjoys and excels at what he does!

Jasen is a phenomenal trainer. he's my go to for my personal training services. his 1 on 1 sessions were just what I needed to get me motivated to get back in shape. Being quite a bit younger then me i was weary but his personal guidance and fitness knowledge is excelent. He was able to work around my disabilities and still give ma a great workout without the wrong kind of pain afterwards.abd a plan for workouts when I wasn't with him. I highly recommend him.

Palo Alto Fit is an incredible fitness studio largely because of the people. The personal trainers I work with - Zade, Clyndel, and Isaac - are outstanding! They are thoughtful about your fitness level, encourage progress, and are careful about your form to prevent injury. All the trainers I have met there are well qualified and make the sessions fun and engaging.Nina, the owner, has created a high-quality and friendly space, and is very responsive whenever we communicate. The facility is spacious, well maintained, and conveniently located. I'm so glad I found this place!

I had the pleasure of having Jason K. as my personal trainer. One of my fitness goals was to be more confident with strength training at the gym. Before training with him, I had never dared to go near barbells or do any sort of heavy weightlifting, but he really took me step by step through good form and pushed me to lift more weight. Our sessions were productive, engaging, fun, challenging... and he was always receptive to what my fitness needs/goals were. He's helped me conquer gym-timidation and made me feel comfortable. He taught me workouts that I incorporate still on a daily basis, including dynamic warmups, stability/core exercises, and stretching. I owe a lot of my fitness journey to Jason!

I don’t have enough good things to say about PA Fit. My coach, Loni, is AMAZING. She knows when to work hard. She knows when I’m having a tough day and may need some mods but always pushes me to my best and then a little more. Nina, the owner always has a smile on her face and takes the time to check in on me and my progress. The other coaches are friendly and welcoming and say hi to me when I come in and on the rare occasion I can’t meet with Loni the other coach I’ve worked with, Isaac, is also great! The coaches listen to any physical limitations you may have and work with you to achieve your goals. I highly recommend PA Fit!!

I lost my Personal Trainer, Aaron L. to another gym. While I’m happy for him, I do miss him. He’s an excellent trainer. Before starting my training we talked about my goals and areas that I had issues with (particularly the arthritis and torn meniscus in one knee, and lower back tightness/soreness). Keeping these things in mind, he tailored my training to help these things as well as my safety while doing all the exercises. Through the leg workouts, I was able to actually sit on my knee without any support which I’m rarely able to do 😊. The other exercises we did also helped strengthen my back, what a relief. Aaron, is very professional as well as personable. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always keeps safety in the forefront. He will also push you to your full potential. 😉 If anyone is looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Aaron. I hope to one day train with him again 😉

I started my fitness journey back in January 2022 with PAF and it really has been one of the most amazing things to happen to me. A lot is attributed to getting paired up with Mitch as my trainer and I have been training with him ever since! Mitch always prepares a workout that is balanced and is there to motivate me to unlock my highest potential; he is also extremely knowledgeable about all areas of fitness when I have questions for him. Although I have a pretty busy work and personal schedule, he makes the time to squeeze me in and I really appreciate that. I also enjoy how affable he is and it has been great to call him as a friend as well. Also special shout out to Nina, Derek, Rafael, Loni, Corey who are super nice and helped me in some capacity these past 2 years!Looking forward to continuing to put in the work!

I signed up in July as a graduation gift for myself and have been visiting the place almost everyday! Nina is an amazing nutritionist, she designed a good diet catering my Asian appetite. I have three coaches (Corey, Joe and Clyndel) and I love all of them! They pay a lot of attention to details, and keep pushing me throughout the session at a good pace. The session schedule is pretty flexible and I rotate my sessions among my coaches pretty evenly. The body percentage scan also keeps good track of my progress. Highly recommend you to give it a try!
