I stopped by here to train while in town for work. Kru Ryan made me feel very welcome here. Overall it was a great experience. Very fast-paced which I liked, but Ryan still pays very close attention to detail - making sure everyone learns the techniques properly. Prepare to get a GOOD sweat in. Will definitely plan to come back!

T2 has been my home for learning Muay Thai for almost 4 years. Ryan, the coach, has great attention to detail and runs fun and technique driven classes. There's no pressure to compete here. Just people interested in learning. Love coming here every day to train!

Went here for about 2 years and only left because I had to move away. Amazing gym, amazing people. The coach gives everyone personal attention and keeps the class size small. If someone is acting up in the gym, being rude, sparring too hard, etc, the coach will handle it promptly. Its still a male-dominated gym because of the nature of the sport, but there are more than plenty of women and smaller people to train with. It’s small but cozy and extremely clean. I’ve been to 2 other muay thai gyms in the bay area and this one beats all of them BY FAR. Ryan, the owner, doesn’t really have a website so get his info off of the T2 Muay Thai Facebook. Or message him there, or show up at the place around 5:30pm M-F and talk to him in person. Everyone is friendly. Give it a shot and you’ll sweat like hell and love it.

Ryan is professional and inspiring. Come here to experience discipline, routine, and friendships. Ryan's clients range from beginners to amateur fighters, he's always welcoming new clients, and has a loyal core following. The mats and equipment are sanitized after each use. There are enough jump ropes, Thai pads, focus mitts, leg kick pads, and belly pads for everyone. There are full length heavy bags so you can work leg kicks, a tear drop bag and an uppercut bag. The mats aren't absorbing sneaker grime because everyone removes their shoes. You won't be disappointed if you're seeking a full body workout and traditional Muay Thai technique.

Professionally operated Muay Thai gym with a trainer (Ryan) that is friendly and respectful. The members seems to be also friendly (not aggressive). The training is effective.T2 Muay Thai offers a monthly membership and also flexible drop-in fees.I also want to highlight that the typical Covid measures are respected by the trainer and the members.

Ryan is absolutely amazing coach and extremely friendly and humble person. He's passionate about teaching Muay Thai and very considerate towards others. While looking for martial arts gyms I was concerned that people in the gym would be either too soft/shy, or way too aggressive or simply intimidating. That's not the case with this gym. People here are really friendly and helpful. Gym itself is very nice and daily maintained and cleaned by Ryan, including equipment. This gym is perfect for people of all levels and experience! 💯🙏

If you’re looking to train in Muay Thai, I highly recommend T2. Ryan, the owner/trainer, is patient and has extensive experience in the sport and in teaching. He pushes you to train hard, but is incredibly encouraging. He’s also a super nice guy and totally down-to-earth. You may catch him gushing about his love for Dave Matthews Band.Class sizes tend to be small, so you’ll get a lot of personal attention. Workouts vary by the day, so you won’t get bored! You’ll probably sweat a lot, though.I’ve trained at three different gyms in my lifetime and can sincerely say that the other students at T2 are some of the nicest martial arts practitioners I’ve had the pleasure of working with. As a woman in a predominantly-male sport, I’m always a little wary about getting ego or machismo when I join a gym. I have yet to experience any at T2. It’s quite refreshing. You aren’t required to spar if you aren’t comfortable. There is a specific class each week dedicated to sparring, so if you want to and feel ready, you can attend. At the same time, if you’re training to compete, Ryan can help you towards that goal.Positive environment, great workout, even better stress release. I look forward to training each time I go.
