YogaSix Mountain View

Just had my very first class at YogaSix MountaiView. It was such a great experience! Audrey was my instructor and is very experienced - she was attentive to show position variations focused on individual needs. The studio is beautiful and very clean. Thank you, YogaSix team! I'm certainly coming back!

Fantastic owners Toni and Audrey who treat you like family. Bonnie, the GM is always so friendly and helpful. You can choose in person classes or virtual. The Instructors are all amazing! If you are looking for a Yoga Studio, look no further Y6 in Mountain View has it all!

I had joined yoga class after one year. I’m really feeling better after my first class. Very clean n nice studio in a nice location and neighborhood. Based on intensity they keep changing music lights temperature n humidity. Teacher was awesome. Flow was also awesome. There was an ambient noise from humidifier that I told to teacher and she said she also noticed and will fix. She also gave me a t shirt.Looking forward to getting back to shape n fitness.

The membership service here is incredible and they go to great lengths to provide a welcoming space for students. From the moment I called the studio to book my first class and had the privilege to speak to the wonderful manager Bonnie, it was been a truly enjoyable experience practicing at YogaSix in their heated studio suffused with dim lights and cool grooves. The place is incredibly clean, the staff is so sweet and the teachers are all friendly and helpful (shout out to Zsofia!). After a long hiatus from my yoga practice, I so appreciated sampling their classes that suit various levels of abilities, needs and moods. I only wish they offered more time slots. :)

The best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! I took the class by the pool and loved it! Everyone who works for the studio is very nice and helpful. Everything is explained really well and they even provide sunscreen in case you need it. Looking forward to trying different classes!

They are a profesional team that does amazing work. the classes are catered to your level and its all about self improvment. They are very safe and health aware.

They have been hosting Yoga in the park right across their front door while the studio is under construction. All the classes have been awesome and it's so fabulous to be outside, sample YogaSix classes and meet the teachers / instructors...

Audrey Ryder rocks!! She has been my personal trainer since Feb 2020 and my health coach since mid Sep 2020. I have seen tremendous results in strength, flexibility and higher levels of fitness. I trust her implicitly and am consistently surprised at how she changes workouts up (with HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and strength training) adding more difficulty when she knows I’m ready (many times before I know it). As my health coach, she helped me revamp when and how much I eat given my health goals. Already seeing significant progress! You can’t ask for a more knowledgeable, sincere and dedicated instructor/coach! So happy she is opening up this Yoga6 Studio - Mountainview is lucky to have her!

Hot yoga was such a fun & great overall experience! The ambience was calming & my instructor was friendly and welcoming. The floors are not your typical hardwood floor, they’re cushioned which made the whole experience that much more relaxing. Inside & outside the studio was extremely clean, including the bathroom! They even offer wet towels to their students at the end of class. Amazing studio!

I attended a yoga class a couple Fridays back and finally had some time to share my thoughts and experience at Yoga 6 Mountain View! I took the Y6 Slow Flow class, taught by Eleni that day. (A lengthy review, but my first experience was very noteworthy.)The studio is amazing. The location has a lot of parking and is in an community/eatery plaza. When you walk in to the lobby, my very first thoughts were on their excellent cleanliness and the space of the studio. The bathrooms have a lot of place to move around, and was very clean. A very cool water refill system as well. They also have a pro shop you can buy apparel and yoga equipment from. The staff was super friendly! And checking in was so easy and stress free.I absolutely LOVED the actual class. I have taken 1 yoga class at a different studio years back and have participated in other yoga classes prior to this one, but the flow and level-of-difficulty is good for anyone in beginning yoga to experienced. The ambience of the class and studio (where class was held) was perfect. I loved everything about the class, from the instructor to the poses we did, to the temperature of the room, down to the music. This was also my first experience at a fitness center since covid has taken over the world, and I was very comfortable because of how clean everything was (brought my own mat, masks worn and everyone was appropriately distanced!) The instructor was very good at recommending other versions of positions for those are not familiar with the practice. The mic/speaker was at the perfect volume and the instructor's voice was very soothing and easy to follow. I enjoyed her class, energy was great.Overall, I was super impressed with my experience at Yoga Six Mountain View and look forward to taking another class here soon! I went to class with a friend, I definitely recommend it, (your body's will thank you for it!!) but I also would be totally comfortable attending class on my own, as I didn't feel like a stranger to the class, and it made it that much greater of an experience. I had a great time, really enjoyed the enthusiasm of the staff and how great I felt after class, mentally and physically. I would love to take the Slow Flow again or try another kind of class they offer! I definitely recommend coming to the studio and checking it out. Toni and other staff members were super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best experiences I have ever had a fitness studio and doing yoga!!! Thanks again Yoga Six Mountain View (:
