Have been trying for 9 months to cancel membership either management not on site to do so or some other excuse finally went to my bank to stop payment on my account to only have charges show up on another card that the only time it was used was to purchase a bottle water during a previous workout spent a hour and 45 mins on the phone again to try and cancel to be be told after being charged 380.91 in the last 12 months I still can’t cancel because I have charges of 295.01 outstanding on my account a 22.99 a month membership has already cost me 380.91 and they say I owe another 295.01 that’s 670.92 for a year this place is a rip off a disgrace and this is a money scandal anyway you look at it. So at this point no one is willing to help not Planet Fitness nor their 3rd party billing service ABC Fitness truly angry and dissatisfied please take caution before joining.

Great gym. Never had too much of a problem getting a machine or getting in and getting out. Usually only go in here to run on the treadmill on super cold wet days. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to work out, staffs are great but you can catch COVID-19 virus in the bathroom. Too gross and dirty. Makes you wonder if this place is going out of business or the owner just doesn't care.

So this location is not as clean and not as large as the other facilities I've been too. The staff is not very friendly, compared to other locations in the area and the services like the tanning area are dirty and poorly maintained, for example the stand up tanning booth I used didn't have a good fan so it was very hot not to mention the buttons didn't work. Lastly the black card room doesn't have the black light lighting I like and a few of the massage machines are missing buttons. I'll be driving further next time, even though this facility is closer to me.

Very quick and convenient for lunch time workouts, but there isn't any free weight benching or squatting stations. Only Smith machines unfortunately. Great for quick and easy workouts, but it's not really meant for any one trying to do serious muscle building workouts

Everyone is friendly and there are so many machines that there's always a tread mill or elliptical to use at any time. I'm feeling my workouts and feeling better about myself. I definitely recommend PF.

I give this place 2 star because of good location, but most of things are concerning. First thing to be changed is staff. Staff member was extensively using cell phone while on duty and it's annoying when you are walking into the club that she didn't stop using phone at least to welcome you. On the other hand, gym and especially bathroom were filthy. Probably again because of lack of work they put in. Just overall doesn't seem attended 😕

What can I say.....I signed up for a monthly subscription. I'm a spa girl and not a gym nut, so I'm able to receive the needed relaxation and health benefits that not other gyms provide for people like me. I always suggest cleaning everything prior to your use, which they keep handy for each machine. I don't go as often as I'd like but when I do..... it's always a pleasant experience.

This is the most disgusting, dirtiest Planet Fitness I have been to. The staff are nice enough but no one has any incentive to clean anything there. Last time I went there, I decided I won't be back. It is enough to make me want to take my money and business elsewhere entirely. The workout area has dust, hair and dirt everywhere.The bathrooms are a disaster. There is back mold growing on the grout. There is hair, bandaids and other personal hygiene items left from one week to the next. I come here Mon and Wednesdays while my daughter plays Volleyball. On several occasions I have found such items in the shower on a Wednesday and the same items are still in the same shower stall the following Monday. I don't want to even think how many people have been in there in that time frame.Absolutely a disgusting facility that is either boosting everyone's immune system or just a small scrape away from a serious Staph Infection.

As much as I love planet fitness the smyrna location needs the black card spa updated...I find that although I love the staff and the new cardio...its clean and super close...i have driven out to murfreesboro locations multiple times just for the hydro massage lounge chair...
