Went in Saturday morning. Only one staff member there. New you black girl. She never looked up from her computer as she surfed the web. I had to scan in myself. Bathroom was dirty. Garbage on the floor. Floors need mopping. Trash cans needed emptying. This place is going downhill fast. It sure ain't what it was a few months ago. As I left she didn't even notice I went by and said "have a nice day!" I guess she didn't care.I MAY BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR A GYM. THERE ARE BETTER AND CLOSER ONES TO ME.

I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to working out so the gym is always rather intimidating to me. Mike M. has always had good advice for me and has been great at encouraging me to keep going on my way to getting fit. He's definitely a good fit for Planet Fitness and I'm glad he works for them!

Love this gym. I started working out back in January and got my first gym membership here. It's affordable and I love the judgement free zone. When I wasnt sure how to use a machine, other people would help and also gave me advice once. When Mike M. Is working he does a great job of keep the gym clean. I have seen him multiple times walking around refilling the spray bottles and paper towels. He is always friendly to everyone when they walk in.

I love this gym they are always very clean and nice especially the morning crew. Their managers Evan and Keara were very nice and helpful when I was having problems with my bank. Their trainer Jeremy help me lose 10 lbs with the workout tips he gave me.

Very happy with this facility. The staff is first class, very friendly and are always working, cleaning machines, cleaning locker rooms and always smiling. My husband and I especially enjoy Sonora and her upbeat attitude. This is for our Maryville Planet Fitness.

My go-to gym! Awesome staff! Great customer service, clean and very well maintained. This gym has a variety of equipment to choose from, great location, and very affordable. If you live in the Smyrna/La Vergne area I would highly recommend this gym. Love coming here everyday!

half of the staff acts put out just by being there. either they don't talk at all when you're being scanned in, or they are busy talking to other employees rather than making any effort towards good customer service. nice gym, but the staffing needs some major improvements.

My husband and I joined the gym about a month ago. The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly. Even when the parking lot looks full there is still plenty of equipment available to use. A big Thank you to Erica who helped us enroll and remembers and welcomes us back everytime we go. It really helps to motivate us when you have encouraging staff.

Always a great experience. Very clean. Friendly staff who are always willing to help. They have convenient classes and the trainer Jeremy is very helpful even outside of classes! I've been a gym member for a year and a half and it's the longest I've ever been committed to a gym and won't go anywhere else. I usually attend 3-5 days a week and go at varying hours, but the experience never changes.

Planet Fitness has been the most comfortable gym I've ever been a member of because of it's friendly staff, clean facility and excellent equipment! The Spa area is such a bonus and much needed after a good workout! And don't forget those special Bagel Mornings and Pizza Nights for it's members....What else could ya ask for!!! Perfect!Beth Victory
