The more spacious showers esp the handicap one and the extra dress out rooms to!! Ty! Wish the one near me had this. Most don't! But should!! Only issue I seen that need to make there hand dryers in bathrooms about 6 to 7 inches higher they are TO LOW!! Others say the same thing! Thx!

These people need to be all fired the bathrooms are nasty and never cleaned while the employees sit there and play games on their phones !

The urinals smell extra pissy, several pieces of your equipment have remained out of order for over a month now, and your hydro therapy beds are constantly breaking down. What is the point of having black card membership when half of the spa remains unusable constantly smh

The Smyrna location is the filthiest gym in the chain. It’s hard to tell the last time the bathroom floors were cleaned every time I go in. There frequently are broken machines, no hot water and there has been a bathroom stall door that has been broken off and on for at least 2 years. I drive to mt Juliet, Lavergne and Murfreesboro to avoid this gym now because I’m so disappointed in how this one is run.

If you are not interested in showing off and artificially boosting your ego, this is the best gym. It has a vast amount of well maintained fitness equipment, showers and lockers, and lots of free perks. It DOESN'T have 2 indoor olympic sized swimming pools, a quarter mile indoor track, an onsite masseuse, or a juice bar, but it's also not $200 a month.Black card members get unlimited access to both stand-up tanning and tanning beds, a massage bed, massage chairs, and some kind of thing I don't get that vibrates fat off or something. Honestly, I'm not sure what it does.All members get access to free group training with the personal trainer, and if your days are free, you may get one-on-one training as the groups can be very, very small.Otherwise, it's clean, it's well maintained, most stuff works most of the time, and people tend to leave you alone to do your thing and get out.Oh, and the staff is either very friendly or leaves you alone entirely unless you have a question or a need.This seems to be generally the case, across the board, at all locations since you can go to any location in the US with the black card.Update: still a great place, but some users are, imo, rude and sit on the same piece of equipment in the 30 minute workout area, when they are supposed to be moving from machine to machine. It's a circuit, people. If you want to stay on the machine, go to the ones designated for that. I'm just saying.

Pulled in today hoping to complete my workout! Was shocked to see that they were closed dude to water main issues! How inconvenient! I don’t pay the amount of money I do to not be able to workout!

The people are friendly, you have so many different workouts methods and machines but I really love that your gyms are open 24/7 the most though. I also love that you have tanning booths and beds.

Clean restroom and very clean showers, night shift here is very friendly

My first time here getting my own membership with PF in Smyrna TN. Tamika at the front desk was very nice and very helpful she explaining all the information about the gym rules and guidelines and safety protocols. Thanks.

Pretty great experience.I visit a lot of the PF's, this one seemed to have new equipment, and it's big!
