I am a member of a 'Planet Fitness' in another state. I was shocked at how archaic the tanning beds were.. it made me want to tell the members who tan (have the black card membership) to stop wasting their money (and just do the 10$ membership) and tan somewhere else.

I have worked out in different Gyms in middle TN but this place by far is the best one. The Staff and manager are great people. Very friendly and kind. Place is very spacious and super clean too.

I give this particular Planet Fitness location a five star review. I was hesitant to rejoin the gym due to the Covid-19 issue but this location made me feel safe while working out... even when doing cardio! I was pleasantly surprised. They took safety issues very seriously and I was able to get a full body workout without fear of unsanitary conditions.

The front desk staff are always super friendly and helpful. They remember faces and acknowledge you which makes the gym feel like home! The equipment and gym in general are very clean and well taken care of!

There were two employees there this morning, one stayed behind the counter the entire 1.25min I was there, the other employee took 4 smoke breaks. The facility is not well maintained like other PF I have been too. The bathrooms were gross. In general this location needs staff that care and want to maintain a clean and safe facility.

Super clean. Great staff. So many different machines for lifting and cardio. I love that I can relax in a tanning bed after my workout and then get a good water pressure bed massage. I love going to Planet Fitness. I feel comfortable there. Its amazing

I have been here as a guest several times now and the staff are polite and it is well kept. This is an ideal gym if you are trying to get fit or stay in shape. I am a rather overweight person myself and feel comfortable trying to get fit here. If you are looking for a great gym give this one a chance.

The gym needs to be deep cleaned it’s pretty filthy. You can walk to any machine or any workout area and literally see hair and other fluids around the base and in areas of the machine that are not touched and cleaned with each use by members (not the handles and seat). Part of my membership fee includes the maintenance and cleaning of the gym, it is not a member’s job to deep clean the facilities. I pay for a service, I am not a manager or employee of planet fitness. It is not a members job to point out each area of the gym needs to be deep cleaned, staff should be walking the facility daily assessing what needs to be cleaned.

I like to workout late at night. My husband and I also bring our teenager's and we feel safe bringing them because a lot of people are not there. So I'm grateful for the late hours for more then one reason. I also love the fact that they have a big shower with seat and large changing room. Being plus size, it is hard to feel comfortable in a lot of places. I also love the Black Card benefits.

I absolutely love going there.It’s super clean, the staff are so helpful and sweet.I love tanning there but do wish the beds were more like the Murfreesboro, Tn beds but not a big deal.I definitely love the aquatic beds!!!!I have no complaints and recommend going there.I’m trying to figure out why there is complaints on here but I love it!
