Powerhouse Gym is my absolute favorite gym, I signed up with them in August 2020, and it’s the BEST decision I ever made. I’ve been on a fitness journey over 10 years and this location is the BEST ONE in the inland empire!! Best gym period; you know why because I’ve tried nearly all of them and Powerhouse is by far more superior than most. Individual saunas, massage chairs, new equipment, and a standing tanning booth!! Menifee location has a pool. San Jacinto is a lot bigger and rustic, yet this one is a newer location. As for membership and what not you can always call the financial institution and cancel your membership. I’ve spoken with them over the phone and through e-mail so don’t be fooled by some reviews. For military members you can send them a copy of your orders and show them your in the area for a short period of time and cancel the membership. It’s not a big deal. Even if your not military you can as well. The personal trainers are all phenomenal and there is always new bonds with people you see nearly on a daily. The staff has always helped me out with any questions; whether it’s to change a payment date, asking about personal training sessions, or just seeing how someone is doing. You know why because we are all human and we all have stress so why not check on each other at one of the best places you can be enlightened at. I found my new home away from HOME, where I feel wholehearted the most, and knowing I am progressing.

The gym put my membership fees on hold back on March, due to COVID...however, they just informed me I have a past due balance for August and September, PLUS late fees. I received no communication that the gym had re-opened, no communication that I was supposed to pay a fee in August. I just spoke the billing and ABC Financial services and they were extremely unhelpful; they said I need to fill out a form online to cancel. Apparently Powerhouse has been operating against the Governor's orders (re-opened when not allowed). And they decided not to inform their clients of this, they just started charging monthly fees and late fees. They also lied and misled when I first signed up... I do not recommend this gym; they have dishonest business practices.

Signed up and paid for the full year and got the second year free. Have been a member at the gym down the street for 20 years now. Went in this morning and I’m happy I signed back up. All the machines are great with a nice variety. Wasn’t very busy at 7 am so that’s a plus. Awesome to have a gym open during the covid. Everyone had masks on and stayed away from each other. Hope they go back to open 24 hrs soon. That’d be ideal!

Awesome gym ! Been comeing here since the second shut down and love it. They bought a lot of new equipment and did some major organizeing inside to acomdiate the influx of new members joining so there would be space. They stayed 24/7 and added an outside area as well. The Managers at the front are great not sure why so many people say they are rude and the trainers are great too ,their clients always look happy! Most of the bad reviews are just people who don't read the cancelation terms and are upset whej they don't get refunds back but thats on them, its very simple to cancel.

Gym is nice and clean and hardly ever busy. The staff could definitely be nicer, even just a "hey, hi, hello" or have a great day would be a nice touch. Otherwise there's really no interaction with them at all...Equiptment is top notch and maintainable is on it if there are any issues! Loving this gym so far!

I love this gym! I've been here for a few years now and am very happy. Cindy's aerial yoga class is amazing!! I also enjoy Julianne and Melissa's spin classes. Ingrid's strength and core classes are great too! All of the instructors are very friendly and I feel so at home here. "Free guest Saturdays" are also a huge plus!!

I love this gym! been coming for over 2 years since before they changed over from NC3. I love the layout and variety of equipment. Patrons and staff are friendly, never had a bad experience interacting with anyone. yes, some people just want to zone out and not be bothered during their workout but will still spot you or say a quick hi and share equipment. Read a lot of other people's reviews and simply can't agree. Be patient with the staff and they will be friendly and solve your problems. The only thing negative is it does get very warm in there, they only run ceiling fans, but most people are wearing sweatsuits anyway and don't seem to mind. I tend to get a little too hot anytime especially in the summer it's blazing hot in there. They are affordable, clean, offer childcare, showers, lockers, dry sauna, massage chairs, tanning bed, and lots of aerobic classes. Wish they had a jacuzzi that would make it perfect, but in all a great comfortable place to workout and build your body.

This is quite possibly the worst gym I've ever been to. When you arrive as a new customer, you are greeted with... Nothing. Most employees have their head down on their phone or on the computer and don't even bother to look up. After that, you are given a tour of the gym by what appears to be a very considerate young man named Zack. After you've signed up, no one cares about you. That young man Zack, who is the sons owner, is the most entitled, arrogant, egotistical boy I've ever met. I am constantly ridiculed about low volume grunts, dropping of weights (which are rubber weights on an Olympic platform... News flash: that's what those weight and rubber floor are for). Anyways, would never recommend this gym to anybody. Absolutely no sense of customer service, and in my book, that's the worst thing a business can struggle with. 10/10 would not go here.

I have been going to this gym for over a year now, every one has been professional and the facilities have been clean. The only issue I had was the air yoga class, they charged a 5dollar fee for my wife, not me just my wife not sure why but o'well. if that is my only complaint then I'm doing good. I like this gym and all the people who attend are nice folks.

I've been a member of several different gyms over the years, and this is by far one of the best. In comparison to others in the area, it is less crowded, and a lot cleaner, which makes for a better workout. My experience is based on what I expect from a gym, which is a lot of equipment in a clean environment. The only complaint would be sometimes the weights are not reracked properly. Not the gym's fault, but members who don't know proper gym etiquette. It's a lot worse at other gyms in the area.
