I've been a member for about 6 weeks and absolutely love it. Timothy, Damon and Heidi plan rigorous workouts for every fitness level. I like the variety of workouts and accountability.

I started coming to The Camp in January to loose weight by my 40th Bday. I love that they offer the body scan so you can check your weight and fat/muscle. They also provide a nutrition plan. I have a busy schedule so I love that I can just show up and be told what to do and go on with my day. Big Fun energy. No fitness experience needed.

Love this place. The trainers are so fun and encouraging regardless of your strength and weaknesses. The hours are perfect for me and they are always doing fun events. Started as a challenger and been a member since. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym. The staff is always friendly and courteous!!! For instance my first day one of the trainers came over introduced herself and began to help me with the modifications!!! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging!!! I can’t do everything but I make a effort to try!!! Heidi and Brenda are Phenomenal!!!
