Probably the worst gym I've ever experienced. They tried to sucker me into a contract after lying to me over the phone. One of my friends experienced the exact same thing. Terrible!

My experience with the camp was nothing less than amazing!! They are 100% up front about their program. It’s is a FREE weight loss challenge if you actually lose the weight. You put down a 500$ deposit and if you meet the goal the you get you money back. Now of course there are other things you have to do to get it back because it is still a business and the least they can get out of you hitting all your fitness goals is some free advertising. They are very clear with all rules. On the contract you sign here are some of the non negotiable things: change Facebook profile picture, checking on Facebook and yelp 30 time total during the 6 weeks and tag camp and director, make it to every weekly weigh in on Mondays, google and yelp review that you share on Facebook. If you have more than 20lbs to lose you must get down to the agreed upon goal weigh they give you based on your height and gender than you must do more than one challenge as this is a TRANSFORMATION challenge. They are very clear on the rules and make no exceptions in which I think is very fair as they set you up for 100% success. If you want to join this program I highly recommend it but you must be ready to completely change all habits and “ftdi”I am so ready to start my second challenge and lose another 20!

The Camp Transformation Center, I don’t think I have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. I’ve never done anything so hard and so rewarding at the same time. I completed my challenge and I was a winner. Did everything that I was suppose to do and it worked, it worked big time. I feel more confident with my body and ready to complete a second challenge. Of course my husband was a big factor in this too because he was so supportive, but at the end of the day it was my accountability, strength, determination and so much support from CTC. Thank you to everyone that works here because you are all amazing and encouraging. I truly love this place forever ❤️🙏

The communication does not exist. The people are super nice to your face when wanting you to sign a contract. During the orientation, the employee pressured me to participate. For example, the employee (sale's person) would keep on saying "there is only a few spots left." This was mentioned more than 6 times. Being pressured!!! I signed the contract, but I told the employee I will need to consult my doctor first. She said, not a problem..if your doctor doesn't allow you to participate then we will give your deposit back. My doctor said, "no" to the program. I returned to the "The Transformation Center" to receive my refund. First, the employees said no the refund could not be issued. Immediately, the employee pulled out the contract and said" there is a $100.00 cancellation fee." I told her my situation and the sale's person promised to refund our deposit. She said, here is Stephanie and Mary's business cards and you will need to talk with them. I emailed Mary (great person!!!) and she responded in a timely matter. Finally, Stephanie the owner agreed to give my deposit back. The next day, I went to pickup the check. Guess What!!! no check was written. I called for the next couple of days and got the run around. finally, being frustrated I called the place and told them i was going to take them to court. Stephanie (the owner) got on the phone and said if i kept on calling she wasn't going to refund my money and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with her in a calmer voice. An employee answered the phone. I asked for Stephanie and said she was unavailable. The employee said, "I have customers" and hung up the phone. This company is very unprofessional. Be careful before signing the contract. Plus, the cost of the program isn't free but 495.00.

The camp is a true legitimate transformation program. It has help me tremendously. I have lost 23 lbs in 5 weeks with 1 week left on my 6 week challenge. The camp keeps you on your toes with its check in and FTDI. Thanks to all the trainers that helped me along this challenge with their motivation, inspiration and dedication Wade, Eileen, Kayla, Maggie and Mary. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend this camp. It will change your life for the better mentally, spiritually and physically.

Not quite Sandra Bullock arms yet. Only 8.1 lbs lost in the first 6 weeks, but I was already at ideal weight and had zero muscle. Building strength and muscle works for me! Its like a boot camp but with normal people like me of all ages. I have signed up to be a member. The trainers help you with your form. Most of us are peeling ourselves off the floor at the beginning. You would never know the people getting thru all the stations quicker have been working out 6 months or so and have lost 60-100+ lbs. If its weight loss or muscle tone, this is the place to be. The cost to be a 1 yr member = 18 personal training sessions at 24 hrs Fitness. Great deal!

45 years old 50 pounds overweight and extremely dangerous high blood pressure. That's where I was before I came to the camp in Temecula. I was very skeptic like most people but I told myself that I would give myself to 6 weeks and I would really be dedicated to the program and at the end the let the chips fall where they fall. Well I'm happy to report that after my first 6 weeks I lost 24.8 pounds. The staff at the Temecula facility is amazing people there don't judge you or where your physically ability. They are there to motivate you and inspire you to push yourself. If you are looking for a place to go because you don't know where else to turn to anymore I highly recommend that you go to the camp Transformation Center they are many locations to serve you but if you live locally attend the Temecula. I am biased to that location because I've been attending there and the people there are amazing. I am about to start my second challenge to lose an additional 20 pounds. I know I can do it after finishing the first 6 weeks Challenge and losing 24.8 pounds I'm excited to see the end results it's been a very long time since I was that light in weight I'm so excited. If you decide to call or attend this Center remember you can only get out of it what you put into it so if you decide to do it give it your all because you deserve it.

Awesome trainers! Awesome support! Awesome program! I successfully lost 23 lbs in my first challenge and I am onto my 2nd challenge! This second time around I have my sister with me who has the camp as a first time challenger and she loves it!I highly recommend this program! If you discipline yourself to FOLLOW the rules, you cannot go wrong!

I had a very bad experience with this place. I went to the information meeting. I was very impressed with the testimonies. I was not even surprised about having to pay $497 for the challenge and then getting your money back when you succeed. After all 20 lbs., in 6 weeks is very reasonable. However, I was shocked when I asked a question and the owner turned it into an "all out argument". My question was "How is the training set up? Is it a large group or 5 students to 1 trainer? What will it look like?" He went off!!!! He said give me your application because I don't want you in the program. I was totally caught off guard by his response. I was planning on joining the program and wanted to move some things around financially so that my husband could join as well. Now, I was offended for how I was being treated! How do you come to an information meeting, then you are encouraged to ask questions, and the person goes off because you ask a question. I quickly said I am leaving because I don't like what is happening here. This mans blocks my way from leaving the facility because he wants the application back. I say I am not giving you anything. He says he is going to call the police. I say, "Please call the police." He then tells two very buff men not to allow me to leave with my application. I felt very threatened and afraid. The two men happened to be gentlemen and wanted to answer any questions that I had. But I told them from all that has transpired, there is no way I want to join this program. I asked them to call the police. They did not call the police. So I just left. I have never heard of someone treating potential customers with such disrespect. I would not recommend this fitness center to anyone!
