I don’t know much about this place but looking at the owner’s response to bad reviews I like it already.

Great i need a ride the bus eats my bus.pass every time and outside is to many people.ill.be.happy when its insixe again

They charge $20 for a guest pass when you’re with a member. Decided not to go it’s not worth the value! They should allow members guest passes once a month at least for the price of membership

The gym requires you to pay membership dues in full, even if outdoor pools are closed, or if they completely close for the day without warning, as they did at 1:24pm today. The policy of the gym is to have members pay dues in full, even if services offered are not provided in full.The gym policies are designed to nickle and dime you. This is In-Shape policy in general, made worse with draconian application by local management. Customer service at this gym is supremely poor, particularly that of the local manager.It's irritating that inShape responds to comments from their dissatisfied customers with dishonest messaging. When inShape responds, touting that they value members and want members to have a good experience, it's disingenuous. It's false.

This place is busy all the time and its easy to see why, they have a huge selection of equipment to work out on, they keep it pretty clean considering how many people are coming through every day, and they manage to keep on top of the towel service as well. Matthew my PT is an awesome, knowledgable trainer, I have learned SO much from him and he is always in good spirits. The staff is super friendly too. There is a fair amount of friendly people that go to this gym, I've had quite a few good, random conversations. This gym really is a great place to work out and get your spa time on afterwards!

The gym was fast to address the issue and reach out. It was not the gym's fault thier provider failed to deliver the proper cleaning supplies. Definitely great costumer service and now that the gym is moving outdoors is definitely a challenge to keep warm so WORK OUT HARDER !!!! DEFINITELY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT MOTIVATION."Is dangerous to be out of wipes all the time. All the bottom stations are out of wipes. Definitely needs more attention since CIVID-19 IS NOT OVER. There is a staff member randomly cleaning the equipment and that is a plus."

I am a member of In-Shape since 2015... one of the new associate name JUAN (he dont give me his last name) because he scared to report him to the personell... when i call Inshape Napa and looking my husband because i need my heart medicine and he is going to get my medicine at walmart ... i only asked if my husband is there and he said he will not give information even though i am his wife... this is an emergency situation and i dress up going to walmart pharmacy to get my medicine... and we lived in Fairfied how awkward the new associate they dont give recosinderation... only asked if my husband is sign today ... poor new hired associate dont know customer services ...because old associate some of them are know me... 😩im SAD because i will drive from fairfied to Napa to get my heart medicine
