I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY TWO MEMBERSHIPS SINCE BEFORE COVID!.....THEY FINALLY STOPPED CHARGING MONTHLY, BUT STARTED AGAIN THIS MONTH! AND THEY ARE CLOSED! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, ONLY A 'FULL TAPE' MESSAGE............PLANET FITNESS IF YOU ARE THERE, PLEASE CANCEL MY TWO MEMBERSHIPS, THANKS

When is the gym opening??? Are you having financial difficulty? I do not understand why it is so far behind opening compared to all the other gyms in town. For those of us who work out on a regular basis, this waiting is too long. Thank you!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for six months, I have gone down there, I have called them, and have sent two letters stating I wanted to cancel my membership. The manager never returns phone calls, is never there when I go down there. They just say I’ll have my manager call you back, but they never do.

Wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. It is an amazing deal for the price you pay, and I especially like the option to use any PF with the black card membership. Justin, the trainer, is AMAZING, and it is incredible to be able to take advantage of him without extra charge. One complaint that I have is that my phone won't pick up the wifi signal there. The bigger problem is that there is not much enforcement of the 30 Minute Circuit area. I pretty much have to ask people to move every time I use it, and have never seen a staff member ask someone to follow the lights.

I WANT TO RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ALL PEOPLE, I GO ALMOST EVERY DAY AND I THINK IT IS GREAT, ALL THE WORKERS AT THIS GYM ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WHAT I LIKE MOST IS THAT THE FACILITIES ARE CLEAN AND CLEAN
