Best place ever to get a hard training with such a nice and friendly environment, these guys have a warm heart and I feel like it’s my second home since I moved to US a few years ago.World class professors with a lot of experience to share, definitely the place you should get to know if you’re looking for a high level BJJ training! I started at the lab in early 2019 and I was immediately impressed with the instruction. More importantly the environment is welcoming. The academy feels so much like a team with the goal of every member getting better. Since 2019 the academy has gotten even better with multiple black belt instructors and a flexible schedule. Id recommend to anyone.

I've been training for 3 years and been on the mat in 3 gyms. Every one of the 6 different (main and seminar) BJJ Lab instructors I've had the pleasure of learning from has been exceptional! One seminar had Demian Maia personally teaching his RNC technique! Classes are super focused and super fun. Fantastic gym with great instructors and great friendly fellow students to roll with.

I was training at another facility when my friend invited me to BJJ lab. The moment I set foot in the facility I became a raving fan! From the quality of the students, to the genuine passion and care the staff have for members I knew I had to switch to this place! It’s been the best decision I made and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone.

I was looking at academies in the area and I’m glad that I found this place. The facility is super clean and very well maintained. There’s a changing room, waiting room for parents and great mat space. I joined this academy a couple of months ago as a blue belt, I signed up right away after my trial class. Professors are great, they are very passionate about teaching. I enjoy working with my training partners, everyone is respectful and open to help each other. This is definitely the best jiu jitsu academy in the area.

In town for work and I’m so glad I contacted BJJ Lab.Brad was very responsive right off the bat and welcoming.Mark taught a very technical class with the steps that make the difference.If you train BJJ you know exactly what I mean.The team is very technical and tough .I had some amazing rolls.Thanks again for having me and I can’t wait to come back.

We have been attending classes here for years!! Our whole family has had a wonderful experience with the instructors and team!! The facility is exceptionally clean, all the staff is fun and friendly and it is a great environment for people of all ages!!! If you are new to jiu jitsu, this is the place to go! Best BJJ gym in the area! All the instructors are top-notch, facility is clean and modern, and the people are all more than willing to help even the brand new beginners. Definitely made the right choice joining these guys!

One of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to, ever. Ladies - this will be a great place to train as they have women’s only classes. A lot of families here and and there is a very strong sense of community all around. The gym space is big and spacious with plenty of cubby holes for your gear. I will definitely recommend it to anyone, new or tendered. :)

The BJJ Lab kids program is absolutely phenomenal. My son has been training here for almost a year now and absolutely loves it. The coaches and staff are experienced practitioners and they create a fun, safe, and friendly environment for the kids to train in.
