HOTWORX is convenient and as straightforward as it gets!! I spent years practicing yoga and Pilates at a traditional studio and although I loved it, life got busy and I couldn’t keep up with the limited time offerings. My favorite thing about HOTWORX is that it’s 24/7, a quick sweat, and done on my own time. Truly a dream concept!!
