Spent some time at HotWorx Wheaton over the weekend and loved it so much! I wasn't quite sure what to expect - all I knew going I was I would be working out in a sauna. I was ready to sweat so I jumped at the chance to try it out. As a first timer, the staff gave me a quick rundown of the area, the different saunas, and exercises I could take part in - then I got to work. I was able to try 3 different saunas :: 1 HIIT workout (15 min), and 2 Isometric workouts (30 min each). When I tell you I have never sweated this much in my life, you better believe it! I did extensive hiking in AZ the previous summer and didn't end up this drenched! I love that the exercises were quick, but high impact - I didn't feel overly tired probably due to the heat keeping my muscles relaxed. A few days down the road, I'm feeling the impact of the exercises for sure. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions, even making suggestions for exercises / workouts to try. I highly recommend heading in to try it out - you will not be disappointed!

The staff is absolutely wonderful, studio is always clean and the workouts are incredible! I have kept up a consistent workout schedule since I joined in October because it is that good! Highly recommend.

I went in for an interview and tried out one of the classes and I was absolutely blown away. I was curious what the infrared saunas were about and I’m used to using benches and machines so this was a whole new ballpark for me but with the virtual instructor I got the ropes pretty quick and I’ve never had such an amazing and fulfilling work out as I did today!

This was my first time at Hotworx as a guest and I absolutely loved it! Felt the burn within minutes of my first class. If your looking for a quick and intense workout, this is the place. Definitely will be back.

I am so amazed by the kind of workout I get here!! I haven’t been a frequent gym goer but I happened to come here to try it out and I LOVE it!! Being able to choose from a variety of different classes makes it so much easier to come in and workout and actually be excited and feel good after!!
