Not only the staff but everyone at Hotworx was very welcoming and down to earth. The sign up process was super easy and the workouts are the best! Highly recommend getting a membership here

Love love love hotworx. I was my mom's caregiver for close to 9 years. She had alzheimers and taking care of her and working thanks to my daughter stephy for allowing me to go to work for a few hours. She took care of mom when I was at wk. When she passed I found myself with the ability to do things other than mom and work but didn't know what to do. My coworker introduced me to hotworx and I am so greatful to her. They have the best workouts I have ever experienced in my 53 years. I was able yo reconnect with the person I was many many years ago. The staff is always friendly helpful and informative. I could go on and on. As I SD I love this place!!!!

I am loving the extra benefits of infrared workouts! I started coming 4 weeks after ACL reconstruction. It was very difficult to get a satisfactory workout with post surgical restrictions. HOTWORX has been an amazing way to get a good sweat. I am able to do many of the classes with modifications. The infrared has absolutely helped speed up my recovery timeline. I am also seeing improvements in my skin and mood after 2 weeks! I have recommended infrared saunas to patients for a long time for a variety of conditions. The HOTWORX format makes infrared saunas very accessible and practical. The workouts are quick enough to fit into my lunch break. The Wheaton staff is warm, attentive and passionate!

I am giving this place 5 stars! I love coming here! I'm seeing physical and mental changes! Also, Dawn is such a sweetheart! She is such an asset to this location! She was super polite and sweet to me and to the other patrons that were there tonight!

Wow do I feel good after hitting one of these FIFTEEN minute work outs! I came in from out of town and the staff was extremely welcoming and allowed me to get a test trial in! You won’t regret giving these workouts a try and will feel like a new person when you come out! 5 STARS!
