Always a great stretch when I come here. The staff really do a good job of keeping notes to help increase your flexibility. Zuhair has really helped my flexibility recently. He continues to increase my range of motion which is not easy as I'm over six foot tall.

Very warm welcome and professional introduction to Stretch Lab. Tina has a great background and she’s very instructive throughout each stretch (e.g. why the stretch is important and what it impacts). As someone with many past injuries, Tina was very sensitive to ensuring each stretch complied with realities while ensuring the targeted area received the necessary attention. Highly recommend and look forward to future visits with the team!
