I signed up for the three bundle package. It was worth it I plan on doing more sessions but more spread out since I don't live close. I stretch on my own but the extra resistance definitely helped out. They were very professional and had a nice clean open environment.

Unethical policies and policy enforcement.Edit: There is no mistake.. When I say stretch lab in Naperville has unethical policies and policy enforcement I am being truthful and sharing my experience. You can look at my reviews; I am thoughtful when sharing my experiences however I really couldn’t think of anything positive to say about stretch lab In Naperville aside from the employees being friendly so I kept my review brief.At this stage there is no reconciliation. I’m not looking for anything and I’m not trying to make waves either. I just wanted to provide an honest review that could potentially help others to make wise decisions and keep their head on a swivel if they choose to deal with this company and they his location.In my opinion, there are much better options out there to choose from. 1 star is accurate and well deserved.

Aside from the steep cost of a monthly member- my experience with my stretch specialist was great! It only was after communicating via phone then trying to cancel my membership was it made clear that their policy’s were a bit of a scam for trapping you into paying more money. Definitely not worth that headache.

If I could give zero stars I would. Initial stretch went well so I signed up. This is when things went south fast. My 2nd stretch was scheduled a week in advance and I was looking forward to it. The night before I get a text after normal working hours (midnight as seen in the green messages) from Petra. I replied and through some back and forth we were able to reschedule it for earlier in the day. Made my next appointment with him again with a weeks notice. Now I get a text message from Petra at 3am the night before cancelling and saying he could fit me in the following week. So, I decide this is too unprofessional and decide to cancel the membership. I have left 3 messages for the only person, Richie, who can make this decision and he has yet to call me back. Be careful here it looks like they just want your money and then will leave you high and dry. My next step is calling my credit card company and let them deal with it.
