Since starting at Stretch Lab, I feel better and stronger. The flexologists have been trained well by Megan. The staff is friendly and very accommodating in the event that you need to change your appointment.

Everyone at StetchLab is great, so I hate to single anyone out. But I did have an amazing stretch today with Jayme. I had a bit of a tight hamstring when I went in but came out feeling like a new man.

The initial stretch was great! I went through 3 months of paying the premium of $289. When I wanted to cancel they told me I would need to give 30 days notice. So when I brought up my cancellation in September they said I would be charged again in October. Then they said they could put my account in a freeze if I wanted. I would just need to let them know by the start of the next billing cycle. I chose to go ahead and cancel and again they said I needed to give them 30 days notice. They wanted to charge me again, even tho I told them I was not coming back. They said I could give the 7 appointments away to someone else but they were going to charge me anyway. I had to call my credit card company and for a purge. The people are nice enough but the corporate policies are written to keep you coming back. Worse than a time share!! Be warned. Hard to get away.
