Just another gym. Staff is afraid to engage with you. Members are your typical suburban yuppies...even the ones that are in shape are soft and embarrassing to be around. Equipment is good but need more variety and stacks of muscle groups need to be together. There's 2 types of machines hammer machines back/chest and smaller based. Not enough hammers. It's an alright gym a newer smaller xsport with less machines with a more respectful softer yuppy crowd. Gym felt like a retirement home but that's normal these daysv

I find this gym to be the best around. It has everything a top athlete needs and more. Lastly and more importantly, the staff is plentiful and very hospitable at all times!!! Very well managed!!!

I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the management and policies of Edge Fitness. For an establishment that purports to promote health and fitness, their recent actions have been a slap in the face to these claims. My wife, who is currently pregnant, and I have been longstanding members of this gym. In the context of the continuing threat of diseases like COVID, we deemed it absolutely necessary for her to abstain from public spaces like the gym for the safety of her and our unborn child. We approached the gym management, expecting an understanding response and a temporary freeze or cancellation of her membership. However, we were met with a stark refusal. The gym's management demonstrated an absolute lack of empathy and flexibility, choosing to cling onto their rigid policies instead of prioritizing the health and safety of a pregnant member. This is not just a case of poor customer service; it's a glaring failure of responsibility and basic human empathy.Their stubborn refusal to accommodate the needs of a pregnant woman during a pandemic is downright shameful. They have shown that their profits are more important than the well-being of their members, a principle that is abhorrent for any business, let alone one in the health and fitness industry.I'm giving Edge Fitness a woeful 1-star rating and strongly caution all potential members to think twice. If you're pregnant or have special circumstances that might require a modicum of understanding and flexibility, look elsewhere. It is evident that Edge Fitness considers their members as mere money-making commodities, rather than individuals deserving of consideration and respect. They have failed a basic test of decency, and it's clear that their members deserve better.

Nice gym, but they made me pay 15 dollars for a day pass. When I got home and searched it online there was an offer for a free three day pass. The guy at the front desk made me pay 15 dollars instead of offering me the pass, when he knew that it was my first time there. I have never heard of a gym making a brand new guest pay 15 dollars for just one day. ridiculous

Had a membership. Tried to cancel, they refused. Then kept charging me, then refused to refund what I requested so I’m leaving this review. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. They are impossible to cancel.

Before I start you CAN cancel at the physical location. They told me they aren’t allowed to do so but they can. Be on them and don’t leave without that cancellation it’s possible! But really stay away. Usually don’t listen to the bad reviews and tend to look on the brighter side. But for your first year depending on the plan you’ll pay basically $10 a month for a year. When that year hits they’ll start charging you $15 a month. Then out of no where they hit you with a one time fee that includes your monthly payment and charge you $64 total for that month. When you even call the customer service line the first thing the automation tells you is about a charge you might’ve got. How many complaints do you get to the point where that’s just something standard they have to say? And to cancel the membership? You have to wait on your agreement to end and when It does you can only cancel by email which takes 2-4 days for a answer and no amount of phone calls can help. When you cancel as well you need 30 days notice and they’ll charge you one last time before you cancel. Also update* it’s Literally been 10 days and counting… that I’ve sent a email to edge about my membership cancellation and still no response. It’s been a week since I’ve also contacted the email from whoever runs their account and no response still as well. Their response on here for the reviews is great though!

I did not like the service that they are bringing, Jordan Kelly rang me up and was very rude and hostile to me which was the first at the gym. I also want to mention that when I tried to cancel, there was over $100 in hidden fees that I didn’t know about that they put in the fine print. This gym is solid but would recommend others in the area. Over all 2/10 experience.

Do not get into an agreement with this gym without reading the entire contract line by line. Not flexible. There is no connection between the what front desk rep says and what customer service speak later. If you try to reach out to customer service it is a different team at ABC fitness. Once you sign on dotted lines they will not allow you to terminate come what may and however genuine your need is. In fact for request to early termination they had the audacity to inform that it will lead to referring to collection agency even though I was ready to give 30 days notice and pay for an additional month. I will not recommend this gym to anyone.
