So far I vibe with this gym. It's a good mix of old school gym with the heavy free weights for power lifting. But it also has the new school bells and whistles. Haven't tried the classes yet but will do so soon

Worst gym ever. First off, because the gym has $10 memberships it always packed with groups of people, so even when you go at nonpeak times (8 pm or later) groups of people surround machines so you can't use anything to get a good workout in. My fiancé and I joined with the $10 and $25 memberships. When we joined we asked about the cancelation policy the gym let us know that it was a year-long membership that would auto-renew after a year, but since we had just moved from Pennsylvania back to IL we could use our PA IDs and submit those to get out of our membership if needed. Well after only 7 business days we decided the gym was not for us ( yes we were aware of the 3 business days money-back guarantee) and we also were most likely moving back to PA as my fiancé's job was relocating him there again. We brought this up to the gym and said we had to contact corporate ABC fitness or whatever it is- it is some third party company that they use for billing and cancellation. Well, this company is located in Arkansas and super hard to contact. We emailed them we are wanting to cancel and submitted our Pennsylvania IDs and they told us because they were not brand new IDs we could not use that as proof of moving. Another form of proof to cancel our membership is that we could submit our bank statements with our new address on them to prove we would be living more than 50 miles away from the closest Edge Fitness. On February 2nd early morning I submitted my bank statement and they confirmed it was sufficient. Later in the afternoon on the 2nd my fiancé then submitted his bank statement. They ignored our emails until February 9th stating they would finally cancel our membership but would be charged for February still ( We had not used our membership at all during the month of February). So all in all we got out of this scam of a gym and we were able to cancel our membership but just like others have mentioned, we should have listened to the reviews we read and never joined this cheap gym that is only out to just steal your money.

I LOVE the gym and it has everything I need but I am hoping management can take the feedback more seriously. As mentioned in MANY reviews to please TURN DOWN THE AC, it is FREEZING COLD!!!! why do all your staff wears a long sleeve jacket while the AC is set to such a low temperature? obviously your staff wears a jacket because they also feel COLD so, just imagine how uncomfortable it is working out, sweating and feeling the cold AC constantly. If you are not willing to TURN IT DOWN, can you at least turn all the vents so it is not blowing directly towards the Treadmill, Step Master or the Cardio machine? We can't just move them and it is terrible to be stuck in that COLD AC for 30-40 minutes. THANK YOU FOR READING!

This is the worst gym I have ever signed up for. I went into the gym to cancel my membership and then was told to reach the gym via email. Which is clearly something set up to make it more of a process and give them room to collect more monthly fees. Anna at the front desk also does not know how to do her job or her own company policies.

My wife signed up for personal training. She did it for 2 months and did not go on the third month. The person who signed her up failed to explain her that she needed to cancel after what she believed was an 8 week commitment so we got charged for a 3rd month. No small amount of money either. On that third month, my wife cancelled immediately and we thought we were not going to be charged again. Here we are in month 4, we’ll over 30 days after cancellation and we get charged again for her personal training. We are talking hundreds of dollars not just her regular membership. We call and all they say is that the manager will call back. Unfortunately we moved out of state so I cannot go in person at the moment. The so called manager assured me last month face to face that we would not be charged again and we were charged yesterday. Again this is after the 30 days of cancellation. Seems like theft to me, I will give them 24hours to get back to me and I will be back in town 2 weeks from today and I will take legal action if necessary! Would not recommend this place to anyone and all of the people who I know that are current members there will know our story as well.

One of the cleanest gyms I've been to in a long time. Your typical onboarding - locked in for one year and then month to month after that so no big deal there. I especially love the womens only part of the gym. Extremely pleased with how clean this gym always is!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful and such a variety in things to do always makes me look forward to coming!Still coming months later and they still maintain cleanliness very well!!

This gym has a ton of potential. Extremely clean, staff is very friendly (especially once the original manager left, guy was an overly-aggressive jackass), and plenty of leg equipment which is awesome. I have two issues with this place. First, this gym is unreasonably cold year round. If you’re not constantly using equipment you will instantly lose your pump. Turn the fans/AC down, please. Lastly, there are far too many large groups that work out at this gym. They will take up equipment for way too long without actually using it. Turn up the temp a bit and get rid of the high school social crowd and this establishment easily jumps to five stars.

It's a good gym. It has nice equipment and is organized well. Unfortunately, their membership cancelation process is horrendous. The worst I've seen of any gym. I had to move 2 months after signing due an unexpected change in living situation. Luckily I moved 15.3 miles away or else they would not let me cancel my membership without of course buying out the remainder of my contract. READ the fine print if you sign up here. Just another gym trying to squeeze as much money as they can. There's better places out there folks. Know what you're getting into. Nothing about this facility is worth the hassle of what it takes to transition somewhere else if needed.

Just recently got a membership and let me tell you this facility is the cleanest I’ve ever been too in a long time. Definitely feel covid safe. Not only do they have great equipment but wonderful staff. I purchased my membership from Nate. He is just fantastic. He is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. He is very attentive and great to talk with after a good workout! Don’t forget to try their delicious protein shakes. They have a variety of flavors at a great price. (Nate makes the best ones) & I can’t forget about Holly. Who sold my bestie her membership and she is just the same sweet, friendly and very helpful. Hopefully if you go you get to interact with these two. Just amazing staff.

Amazing gym, very clean, well stocked with equipment, weights, and lots of cardio equipment! Professional trainers, and a movie theater while you burn fat off using a step machine!
