The staff is friendly, the gym has a good variety of machines and weights for everyone. I have been working with a trainer for almost a year and have done a couple of their B Lean challenges to work with the nutritionist, who is amazing! I have learned so much about healthier eating to lose weight and build muscle without dieting. I am greatful I joined this gym.

Best Fitness is a great gym! I have been personal training with Jon. He is a great coach and has been very supportive and professional. I am 60 yrs old feeling stronger in just a few weeks of working out after 3 years of working remote at a sedentary job!!

I’ve been to multiple gyms all around NH in my journey for physical fitness and without a doubt best fitness has the best equipment, maintenance, staff, programs, and environment I’ve ever seen. I procrastinated jointing this gym for so long and I’m kicking myself for it. So yourself a favor and start at best because there isn’t a point in wasting time with the others, trust.

Gym is clean and has plenty of equipment to use. They offer many different classes including group fitness, yoga, spin and much more. The staff is all friendly, helpful individuals.

This gym has everything I need and more, the equipment is so nice and there’s a wide variety of machines to use. The staff was so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone, new or experienced.

Best Fitness is the best gym I have been to! The place is always clean and has everything you could need. The staff is very knowledgeable about their equipment and were always there to help. I moved out of state and had to cancel my membership. It was very simple to cancel and I have not been charged since my last month in New Hampshire.
