Staff is great, helpful, friendly, informative. I’m very confused by these random posts about cancellation issues. Membership and contract is very transparent, they go over everything at sign up, and no hidden or extra fees. Anytime I’ve called, the receptionist is incredibly nice and staff has always been super helpful. Clean gym, clean locker rooms, great steam room, great classes, great personal training workouts…. I really could ask for anything better!

be aware of their super strict cancellation policy because you can't just tell them you want to cancel. the fact you cannot cancel over the phone and requires a certified letter is a joke. you are canceling a gym membership not a stock brokerage account. save your money and go elsewhere.

If a gym is not open 24 hours you'd expect them to be open every day, but no. This gym closes early constantly, never open on a holiday, and the equipment is falling apart. Join at your own risk seriously:(

Amazing Experience, staff was friendly and helpful, very nice gym with plenty of equipment. Visiting from out of state got a day pass best gym I've been too. If your ever in there ask for curtt.

I've called numerous times to cancel since I moved 1700 miles away. Each time, they say someone from membership will call me. Each time, I never get a callback. Each month, I get charged again.I've moved around a lot in the 18 years I've paid for a gym membership. It has never been this hard to cancel a gym membership in my life. These people know what they are doing. Go anywhere else, or use a burner credit card/gift card/alias when signing up. Do NOT give them your normal credit or debit card! You cannot trust them.EDIT: HOLY F9(&* after calling the number on my credit card billing statement, they asked me to send them a copy of a utility bill or lease, so they had proof thatr I really moved as my cancellation reason. Bam, I give them a utility bill from Tx energy immediately with my new address & info on it. They reply and say that's not enough - THEY NEED ME TO SEND IT TO THEM CERTIFIED MAIL before they consider my membership cancelled.18 years. I've been paying for a gym membership since I was 16 years old. I have never, not once, ever, had to jump through this many hoops to cancel a gym membership.It is very clear and obvious why this NON STANDARD policy exists. They do this for the same reason they do not call back customers who have called back 3 times asking about cancellation. - in the hopes that people will forget to cancel because it is made inconvenient to cancel, so they can keep collecting money. The owner keeps responding with the same template, that this is "standard" - IT IS NOT STANDARD. Anyone who has EVER joined a gym before knows this is not normal, and nobody should accept this screwery as standard. EULA-roofying people by putting this in the contract doesn't mean it's not a garbage thing to do to your members.

Cleanest gym around! Always updated on new equipment, and their recovery zone was outstanding. I had Joe teach me how to properly recover and stretch after my workouts. Would recommend for all locals!

Best Fitness is a good place, but there contract terms are awful and poor call response.I signed up as a member when i signed up i’ve already told to the guy that i ‘m suppose to move after 4 months he said he is Ok with that whenever i moved to somewhere they said they will cancel my membership.I moved to another place on April and sent an email to best fitness team and they replied with $100 termination fee and i’ve explained the situation and he said he is going to charge for next month fee and terminate the membership. I said Ok (I thought 1 month is the notice period) but they are still charging my money after three months i’ ve reached us again and they told according to the rules they reject my termination. I don’t know what those rules at that time they charge me almost $200 for free and then next month they are asking proof of my residence i sent with all my documents after couple of follow ups they said they submitted it. And they confirm us they will send a response back in a week but still I didn’t got any email or nothing from them. Really it’s very disappointing still they are charging my money form past 7 months. When ever i called to the center they said manager going to call you back but never get a call. Not sure how many days still they are going to charge.I’m very very disappointed with there contract agreements. I writing this review may be it will be useful for others before signup please read carefully don’t trust these guys whatever they said they are literally forcing at the time of joining for new membership signup. just they need money, they won’t care anythingPlease, please, please clarify before entering into a contract, is my request to others. Do not enter into a contract until you understand the everything. It is preferable to donate to other who don’t have the food rather pay to Bestfitness.

Well, my kids joined, I was a little reluctant to to so, until I realize the well-being of my family, also depends on my good health. Decided to go and met with Kurt.... haha, guess what? He got me going in a positive way I can't describe, how amazing he is. so I joined. Went a little further and met Joe haha same thing, simply awesome. Then, Bill comes... my PT for a little over 3 months now... already besties :) I have lost weight (significant amount, gained muscle strength, started jogging at a local park (never done in my entire life). It does not stop there, as you walk in the big smile from the front desk buddies, makes you feel home.... you belong to a place that has become part of your routine in such short amount of time. I recommend 10000% (don't worry, not a typo :). All I have to say: "Best Fitness Nashua, thank you so much, being part is changing my life!"
