I’ve been going here for years. The owner does a fantastic job maintaining the studio, and does really fun things like regularly scheduled music classes and the occasional glow yoga class. She’s such a dedicated yogi that she tries her best to have well-timed classes on and around holidays and snow days. Aside from the clean studio and great teachers, the other students really make this place home.

Bikram Yoga Nashua is Amazing! It is Nashua's best kept secret. I lived near Mine Falls Park for one year and always considered giving Bikram Yoga a chance. Finally a friend of mine invited me to Bikram and I gave it a go. This time I became addicted! The 30 dollars for 30 days is a steal and you will see a change in your body, mood, confidence, posture, skin, flexibility, focus, and determination. The Pilates classes are amazing as well - you'll feel long, lean, and toned with perfect posture. Laura does a lovely job running her wonderful studio. All of the instructors are enthusiastic and kind. It's okay if you aren't a yogi, you can have zero experience, the point is to show up and give it a go. The heat relaxes your entire body and your muscles become more flexible. Even if you just lay on the mat the entire class, at least you are meditating and sweating. Your skin will be smooth and your head will be clear. Eventually you will look in the mirror and see progress and strength! It's a very rewarding experience. Do yourself a favor and try it out! Your body and mind will thank you!I'm now in VT practicing Bikram in the Upper Valley but I owe a huge shout-out to everyone in Nashua for kicking off my love of Bikram Yoga! I really believe it's the best gift anyone can give themselves. :-) Thanks to everyone at BYN!!

5 stars for the class, teacher, and locker room; 3 stars for the yoga studio. Class moved well through many postures with upbeat music. However, the studio has water-stained carpet instead of hardwood floors making it retain moisture, sweat, and body odor. Between the humidity and smell instead of odorless dry heat I had a difficult time enjoying my whole practice. I would still go back next time I'm in the area though would prefer to go to a hardwood studio given the option.

One of the biggest, cleanest, well-run studios I have ever attended. And plenty of natural sunlight pouring through the windows to add to the already warm vibe present throughout. A++
