This was my first experience with Crystal Bowls and healing. I am also new to yoga. This was quite a comfortable and extremely relaxing experience. I will be sure to sign up for the next one!

The bath sound restorative yoga event with Susan was wonderful! In addition to the restorative poses , energy release/retrieve/rejoice and the singing bowls, the session was transformative!Thank you Susan and Janice!

I just completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Yoga by Janice this past weekend, and it was such an amazing journey! Janice is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and loves to share her passion for yoga. Her team of YTT instructors is top-notch! We studied yoga history, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, how to sequence and cue a yoga class safely and so much more! The bond shared with my fellow teacher trainees over the 200 hours was just incredible – we supported and encouraged each other every step of the way. I gained more and more confidence with every teacher training weekend, and I feel totally prepared to teach my fellow yogis and share my passion for yoga. Janice is truly a role model for any yogi, and I highly recommend her training program. Even if your goal isn’t to teach yoga, the knowledge you will gain is invaluable and will open your eyes, mind and heart to the beauty of yoga. Thank you, Janice! I love all the classes I’ve taken at Yoga by Janice (I’ve taken most of the weekly evening classes) but vinyasa and vin/yin are my personal favorites. Love the flow! It’s just the right intensity.
