Gym equipment is great - always clean. The gym workers are very friendly, and the smoothie bar shakes are excellent

07-22-23,Be aware my water container got stolen 2 minute after I left a machine. The staff didn’t do anything to help find it. Luckily it wasn’t my car keys left behind if not it would have been stolen too. I believe even though is was a small item someone stole, these act can potentially put your car at risk at ski.

Great gym with plenty of equipment. Ebbs and flows of people like any other gym, but never really feels overcrowded. Clean workout areas and locker rooms. Bright and open spaces. Friendly staff who make awesome protein shakes. Decent amount of parking spaces available.

Crowded most days after work. Young college crowd. Not a lot of equipment choices, a kind of cramped but clean and great location.

Big Sky has changed my entire lifestyle and mindset. The staff are always helpful, respectful and go out of their way to make your gym session even better, whether it stocking the equipment or cleaning supplies or making delicious pre/post shakes. Working with my trainer Tiffany has made me look forward to coming to the gym!

Sydney signed me up yesterday for my first time ever coming to big sky and it was one of the nicest interactions I’ve ever had. Jeannie was also very kind to me for my first day coming in and showed me around!

Big Sky has always been like home! Even when I tried other gyms, nothing compared. Always clean and has the friendliest staff!

Mindi and Morgan made me very uncomfortable in their gym. I am a beginner and was looking to try it out and they harassed me and would not allow me to workout after making a mistake on my membership application.I would never recommend any newcomer to start their fitness journey here. Mindi and Morgan are people to watch out for, and be careful around them.

My visit to Big Sky in CT was a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the front desk made signing in an unnecessary hassle. The gym staff seemed determined to make it difficult for patrons to use the facilities, denying entry for minor reasons. Shockingly, they even forced a friend to delete a negative review and speak to the manager before allowing him back in.Additionally, the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Big Sky in CT reflects a complete disregard for customer opinions and freedom of expression. By coercing individuals to delete negative reviews and engage in conversations with management, they are attempting to control and manipulate public perception. Such tactics only further highlight the lack of integrity and customer-centricity within this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a gym that respects and values its patrons' voices.Overall, Big Sky in CT provided a terrible experience. The disinterested front desk, restrictive gym policies, and censorship of reviews make it a place to avoid. Consider other gyms in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and fairness.
