This is my gym, so of course I like it! But really, they keep it clean, they keep machines working, and they're not too pushy on the sales side. Overall, just a good gym to go to.Just be careful! This particular location can get really busy at peak times. If you can go at off times, it's perfect!

Again, very late to open. More than 30 people waited outside and in their cars today for almost half an hour before they open. This place is becoming ridiculous and seems to be run by children. Very unprofessional!

remove toxic people from your gym. as a man, i was accused of being a creep and was actually kicked out of the gym even though i wasn’t facing the girl nor was in the same section. how about you guys start acting like a business and not a bunch of 6th graders.

No parking, ever. The staff plays their own music so loud that conversation means yelling and you can't hear your own music in your earphones. The staff also hates the members or are indifferent to them. Women have to pay extra for access to the secure "women-only" area. At night, this place turns into a club. For two hours before closing, staff yells into the loudspeaker that they will be closing in two hours and the place is vacuumed and 1/2 equipment becomes unusable. ALL DAY EVERY DAY THE HEAVY LIFTING EQUIPMENT IS OCCUPIED AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT, SOMETIMES OVER AN HOUR.

Not a bad gym. Clean, new equipment, great amenities, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is how loud the music is. It’s like being in a night club. Even with apples noise cancelling AirPod Pro’s, I can still hear their music over mine. Not good.

Incredible rude, misogynistic front desk staff. Would never pay money to use this gym. Management- do better with who you hire.

Deserves a 0/5, due to the horrendous service and snake oil business practices. Gym is beyond busy during the morning and afternoon. Trying to cancel a membership here is a nightmare, and take everything that a sale person here says with more than a grain of salt.

Tried to use a free three day pass, staff was unwilling to work with us and had a lot of restrictions on the pass like not having a CT state ID, never had this happen in the past... was not let into the gym. Will never join an edge fitness if customer service is that difficult from the start. Mind you, I’m a doctor and avid weight lifter and have tried a lot of different gym locations in the past due to my work, front desk staff need to be better trained.
