This gym is a rip off I went there for over a year and when I left for military training I tried to pause my account I was told I was all set now they want me to to pay $380 cus they never paused said account and put me in collections. I have been trying to contact someone at the gym for months now and the managers seem to always be busy I finally got a hold of one manager and he was hostile and rude as soon as I explained my situation

Best place to go to workout! People there are always willing to help others that are just starting to better themselves and protein shakes here are absolutely devine!!! ☺️☺️

Love the atmosphere. Always clean facility. Many classes offered. Love the “bar” always stocked. Staff is friendly. Feels good walking to a gym with welcoming atmosphere.Plenty of equipment. Multiple machines. Parking lot might look full but there’s always plenty of machines.A down side is if you are new to the gym you might not know where to start but ask a staff. If you signed up for membership use your free training course to get to know the equipment and plan for yourself.

Good gym but not big enough for the crowds it draws. Only 5 squat racks and 4 normal bench presses in the whole place so it gets quite competitive on weeknights after work.

Great local gym chain. They have good equipment and a great staff. Pricing is very competitive for the area. The only thing recommendation I have is sauna.

Love the staff in the Newington Gym. Always clean. Lots of equipment to choose from. Zumba classes are fun. Would highly recommend.

The friendliest staff and members, such a positive environment to workout in! Is a great environment no matter what you’re looking for - heavy lifting, cardio, getting back into it, etc; wouldn’t want to lift anywhere else!!
