Hands down the best place to workout! Shaun and his crew are the most motivating and inspiring people in the business. After your first class you’ll leave sore but I guarantee you’ll be hooked. You’ll end up pushing yourself to limits you didn’t even know you had with the BodyRoc family by your side. Do yourself a favor and join, I promise you wont regret it!

Joining bodyroc was the best decision of my life. Fitness has always been a major part of my daily routine, but I was in the market for something to take my fitness to the next level. That's when I joined bodyroc. I am so grateful for the challenge and the trainers that push me every class. Best decision I've ever made! Bodyroc is more than just a place to workout, it's an experience! The trainers keep you motivated and the environment as a whole gets you in the zone. There's no such thing as giving up when your at bodyroc. We all support and motivate eachother to reach our goals and create new ones to demolish. And you'll never know what to expect, it's never a boring workout at bodyroc!

High energy workouts with a live dj... Definitely feels like a party !!! The only place that keeps me on my toes with great music and working outs . The staff and trainers are knowledgeable and super nice. There's no other gym like this in are !!!

*****5 stars is not enough****I have been going to Bodyroc for 6 months and I am still excited to workout here. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, the front desk team is amazing, the members are fantastic and the music is on point....live Djs!!! Once you go here, the gym doesn't feel the same. The trainers are great, they motivate and push you. The workouts will leave you exhausted but wanting more.
