All the staff are very nice and helpful, the facilities are very clean, and the shakes are great! Def recommended!!

I have lost a lot of weight going to this gym consistently since January 2021. It is a great gym community however it is very busy during peak hours to get machines there may be a wait so best to go after 6 PM on a weekday.
