Working with Tyler has been a great experience. For the first time in my adult life,I have been able to stick to attaining my goals of strengthing and getting stronger. Extremely knowledgable and professional. I have severe shoulder and back issues from the military and Tyler was able to get not just mobility, but strength back into them. My shoulder feels 10 years younger! I cant thank him enough and cant recommend him enough.

Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your individual needs when it comes to strength training. He works with you to formulate goals that fit your wants/needs and is supportive of what you are looking to achieve with your personal fitness. He is always attentive when you are in a training session to make sure you are performing the exercises properly. He is very punctual and has always answered my questions both inside as well as outside of session. No matter what your goals are with strength training you will not be disappointed working with Tyler!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Tyler. He is positive, helpful and resourceful. He is always there for you between lessons and when you need that extra push to keep you on track. He is one of those rare trainers invested completely into your success. He is the total package from dietary help to all around advice on how to handle life situations that arise. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a trainer!

Tyler is an exceptional personal trainer! I have never met nor trained with anyone who is more knowledgeable or who has more certifications than Tyler! Of note, I have many cervical and structural issues and a chronic history of herniated discs. Tyler’s expertise in corrective exercise has not only kept me injury free, but I am stronger than I have ever been due to the very specific exercises he has me doing to help me feel stronger and healthier than I ever have before. I am forever grateful to train with Tyler and could not recommend a better, more experienced corrective exercise personal trainer than him!

Without Regret or a second thought hire this guy and you’ll never regret it…I surely don’t.I met with and hired Tyler as a personal trainer only 2 months ago. Tyler has not just impressed me with how Knowledgeable, Educated and experienced he is in all things fitness but helped me achieve my goal of getting fit in record time.He is very personable with me and due to all this knowledge he possess’s, he always has work around to help me where I struggle.He has a saying “You Win, I Win”….I love that because he takes pride in his craft.And for those who are about the “numbers” , I’ve lost 25 lbs of the much needed 35 lbs I needed to loose in just 2 months.Training with Tyler is like having that “celebrity experience” because on the days we don’t train he’s only a call or a text away for my most silliest or questions or requested advise…With Tyler I have gained not just any old trainer but a friend that supports my journey.So hire him already 😊

Tyler is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve worked with. He puts in so much effort to make sure your workout programs are specific for you and your goals. Whether it’s functional training, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, corrective exercises, or just getting in shape Tyler will be able to create the best program for you. He won’t copy and paste programs between clients because he understands each client is different and each persons body and goals are different.
