I am not new to a fitness and know my way around a gym. But Greg's high focus on form completely transformed the way I plan my training... With hight emphasis on proper techniques and safety. Only having under 45 minutes a session to train I effectively trained for my goals while reduced risk to injury.

I highly recommend Greg Lunski, he is the best fitness and nutrition coach.As someone in their mid-30’s who was overweight, had bad scoliosis, and was convinced they were unable to have the same stamina from when they were younger, Greg has been instrumental in helping me lose weight and helped strengthen my back. I have been able to maintain alot more energy for work and leisure throughout the day.Greg customizes specific workouts for his clients. He has an astute knowledge of muscular anatomy and nutrition which makes him adept at pinpointing any physical ailments and figuring out which muscles need strengthening.He focuses on specific exercises first before moving to more intense workouts, which has been more than ideal for me. He put me on a fitness plan, which required a certain exercises, nutrition and water intake. From that alone I was able to get miraculous result and see almost EXACTLY how much weight I could lose in a week if I stuck to the plan.For anyone who is 35+ years old looking to get healthy and get into shape, Greg is the trainer for you!
