Just Call Jason should be renamed ‘just call them awesome’! Luis was a miracle worker and fixed a machine that no else could. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Just wanted to share that Louis provided me great service today. He exceeded my expectations and was very thorough. I've had a lot going on lately and regretfully forgot to take out cash to give him an extra tip. So I just feel compelled to let you know that he was one of the best service men I've had come to the house.

Jason and team did a wonderful job evaluating and fixing the necessary machines in our school fitness center. Jason was easy to work with, prompt, and flexible when scheduling around our classes. I would highly recommend Jason for your fitness equipment repair needs.

The arrangements were long distance and Jason was incredibly patient and thorough in working through some complex logistics on a tight deadline. It all worked out flawlessly. Disassembly went quickly, without a hitch, and the install was equally well handled. He and Luis and Ryan know the Life Fitness gear and G7 in depth and they were careful to make sure all was in working order before leaving.Jason made the experience easy. He answers phone and text promptly which expedited everything. The team arrived on time and were punctual and professional. To sum it up, Just call Jason is extremely reliable and great to work with. Jason will be my first call when I need fitness equipment services.

My husband and I feel fortunate to have found Just Call Jason. We have a recumbent stationary bike that needed some diagnosis and repair. From the quick, professional initial response to our request for help to the efficient repair of the bike, it was a pleasure to meet both Jason and Luis.Luis's skillfulness in clearly thinking about the problem and executing the repair was impressive. Both Jason and Luis were thoughtful and generous in trying to accomplish all the work in just one visit so that the costs of repair were minimized.Their fees are clearly stated and given the level of skillfulness and care, they are a total bargain. Luis was great. He knows his stuff. He was polite and professional. He even showed my husband how to maintain the treadmill in the future.

Great experience with Jason's team (Luis and Ryan). We recently purchased a house with a used treadmill and a combination reclining bike + elliptical. Treadmill tread was loose/squeaky (and perhaps dangerous) and the elliptical mileage counter wasn't working. Called Jason and within 2 hours the team serviced both and now am happily working out again! thank you!
