I sent a service request for our 13 year old treadmill to Jason and he responded immediately. Luis his technician came out the next day and repaired our equipment. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone in need of his services.

I called Just Call Jason with a predicament with a large piece of gym equipment that my shipping company said they couldn't get off the truck at my residence.I didn't order this piece from Jay, he doesn't know me and yet he contacted me back immediately after I called and spent a good 15 minutes going over the situation while adding suggestions and finally giving his final thoughts at the end on how I should proceed in my pickle.Great customer service like this is far and few in between nowadays! Jason made several personal visits to our space to be certain all the details were arranged before the big day of our gym renovation. Not only did he have a streamlined and smooth operation lined up for us when our equipment arrived, but he personally disassembled some of our old equipment for a third party company of movers who didn't know what they were doing: now THAT is going above and beyond. I'll be continuing to use Just Call Jason for everything we need in our gyms--from upkeep to new equipment to minor equipment emergencies. When other companies seemed to only care about getting their money on their own timelines, Jason actually showed us a great deal of respect and cared to hear what and how we needed help on our own terms.

I live in Connecticut, and my wife and I own a lot of fitness equipment and it's fairly hard to find someone with the experience to service all of it. I was referred to Just Call Jason in West Haven, CT by someone who didn't have the time to service residential accounts. I called and spoke to Jason himself and he had one of his repair techs at my house in 24 hours. What a great job he did, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We subsequently had additional repair needs and they priced all the parts for me, checked warranty information, and did a phenomenal job, and were very courteous and professional. These guys are definitely the ones to call for equipment repairs, they can do it all.

He is not only highly competent, but he is extremely nice, which makes him very trustworthy.
