Called Jason and team to diagnose a Cybex 770T commercial treadmill we purchased from a reconditioner. Luis came to our home, recommended parts which I purchased directly off the internet. The power supply I purchased was an aftermarket one that would not work correctly. Luis was able to diagnose the issue, splice some wires together and re-configure the wires to make the power supply work. Most repair techs wouldn't do that, even if they knew how. They would just tell you to order the correct power supply and then charge for another service call to install it.Jason and Luis put aside profit to get the job done right, and we couldn't be happier. I feel fortunate to have found a business owner who treats his customers with honesty and integrity, on top of providing high quality technical repair services. Jason and Luis went above and beyond. They dismantled my treadmill, removed it and cleaned the area for me. They put my new piece of equipment in place and even gave my spinning bike a cleaning and once over. They quoted me a fair price, came on time and were so pleasant to deal with. Professional, experienced, a pleasure to work with. The walking belt on my treadmill stopped working so long ago that I can't remember when it was. I called Jason to take a look at it hoping that he could repair it; the repair was successful! Jason did a great job servicing our treadmill which was all out of wack from initially not be properly put together and then multiple moves, including a cross country trek. He was super efficient and went above and beyond. Highly recommend him and will certainly be using him in the future.

The team did a fantastic job of moving my arc trainer from the garage to the basement. Every step was explained so there were no surprises. After it was unpacked from all the shipping materials, the guys thoroughly inspected it and then made sure I knew of all the blemishes and their impacts to performance (there were none). Everything was tested before and after the move just to make sure that there were no glitches.I will definitely have them back for routine service and will gladly refer the company to my friends and colleagues.

Jason returned my call for service promptly and scheduled service within 48 hours. He moved and serviced several pieces of equipment and explained exactly what he did to each piece. I would highly recommend Jason and plan to use him in the future.

Spoke to Jason about my treadmill he is very straight forward gave me couple of tips to try to troubleshoot the treadmill. He is very knowledgeable knows his work willing to listen to you and provide you with answer to solve the problem over the phone incase its minor stuff. if nothing works out i will be calling Jason and Thank you

My daughter bought a big professional-grade elliptical and they did a great job moving it to my house for my daughter. They picked it up from the man selling it, disassembled it and transported it to our home. Reassembled it and confirmed it was in working order.Professional, trustworthy and hardworking.
