I am so excited I finally signed up for CrossFit NOLA. I was afraid that it would feel competitive or I would feel pushed, but no, the people are welcoming. I love the coaches. I love meeting new people. #pumpedforcrossfit I cannot wait to continue the journey!

Dropped into this Box from TX and was welcomed and coached like I had been going there for a year. They didn't hesitate to welcome us in and take us under their wing. Great coaching and great tips on the Karen WOD.

My concerns about the complexity of some of the movements quickly went away as the trainers are patient and stop to explain and walk you through each movement though out every routine. II took courses from several trainers and all were professional, highly trained, and best in class. There are numerous different classes throughout each day to choose from and both the Mid-City and Uptown locations are large, spacious, are easily accessed with ample parking. Takes a few minutes to figure out how to schedule classes, but that easily learned.Great experience

CrossFit Nola is the best crossfit place in New Orleans. I always feel welcome there. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. It is a great environment to work out in. Shout out to Janelle... the best coach I could ever asked for. She is so attentive, professional and patient. I enjoy going to CrossFit Nola!

Joined in July 2020 and it's the best gym I have been to. By paying a bit more, I get access to excellent classes (with some diverse options, like Olympic lifting, "strongman", gymnastics, etc.) in addition to getting regular access to the gym. While it doesn't have all the machines a typical gym would have, those are less useful anyways. This is also more than compensated by the fact that the gym is massive and has ample space for undisturbed weightlifting. If you do any weightlifting, especially with barbells, stop going to a regular gym and fighting for scarce space. The coaches are very good and the gym-goers are a good and diverse bunch in terms of experience. This is very much worth the investment. You'll get a much better and more holistic workout, you don't have to spend time planning workouts, and you'll feel like a part of the community. Only downside is (at least during this pandemic), the weekend hours suck, namely, being closed on Sundays. But if you're diligent about hitting the gym on all other days then Sunday can be an off day without it impacting anything.

I started at CrossFit NOLA summer of 2019 and had never been in a gym before my first free class, followed by my fundamentals classes. I've now been going to the Uptown location 2-3 times a week for a year and have found it to be wonderful. The workouts are challenging, but there is always an ability to scale to your ability with very supportive coaches that motivate and NEVER shame. This is an incredibly supportive environment by coaches as well as the other people attending WODs. I feel stronger and know I'll be challenged for a very long time going to these classes - no way to get bored!

I love this place. I was reluctant to check out a CrossFit gym because of my fitness level (pandemic out of shape ugh) but have since realized that doesn't matter here. Coaches will help you scale the workouts so you can participate but also encourage you to do better with each workout. You see a lot of reviews here with the word "community" and YEP that's true too: great people, great coaches, great vibe. There's also a wide variety of classes available at a wide range of times throughout the day and on the weekend, which is key.

I can now say I’ve dropped into all the CF NOLA locations when I come in town to visit my sister. The coach, I believe his name was Brandon, was really nice and made sure I was settled into class and all questions/concerns answered. The other members/drop ins were really nice too! I love how spacious the gym is. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

This is by far the best Crossfit gym I've been too! I spent 7 months in New Orleans and going to this gym was the icing on the cake. Phil is a freaking rock star and I've learned so much from him. If you are ever in New Orleans and you're a Crossfit addict, please check them out!
