Coach was very friendly and welcoming, since we were dropping in from out of town. The box was nice and big with lots of space to workout.Enjoyed our drop in experience here while visiting NOLA.

Dropped in three days in a row while on vacation recently... coach Phil was great and the local members were friendly as well....lots of dropins too, but made for more interaction... loved the programming and the energy of the box! Definitely will return next time I’m in town!

I was at the North Cortez gym and it was an all around great experience. The coaches were welcoming and there was a lot of space that allowed to do what I wanted to do as a drop-in. The weightlifting class I attended was also a fun and helpful experience as well. Thanks for the great times!

Ive been to New Orleans twice, dropped in at CF NOLA both times, both locations, once to get scored on an open workout. I dig their place. I like the coaches and the wods are challenging. Really nice members too. Highly recommend going. If youre an old school gym rat and appreciate the feel of an old school garage gym, go to their uptown location. THeir other location is impressive and cavaernous...highly recommend!@

I’ve never done Crossfit before and I started with Fundamentals back in August thinking I’d just go once or twice a week. Pretty quickly I started going 3-4 times a week because it’s fun and the community is awesome! Each workout is varied and I never get bored. The coaches rotate through programming with a set plan for the beginning and end of each rotation so the training is thought-out and deliberate. All the coaches I’ve had so far are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have to modify most moves because I am a beginner and I usually finish last but I am still cheered on by everyone in the class. I’m a medical student and I always make time for working out at Crossfit NOLA!

I had a fantastic experience dropping in at this gym. Everyone was friendly, the coaches were knowledgeable and attentive, the parking was accommodating, and the gym had ample space and equipment with which to work. I have highly suggested this gym to friends in the New Orleans area and would do the same to anyone passing through.

Great box for a drop-in. Recommend it highly. Good coaches and a wonderful team spirit welcoming those from out of town. I was there over Halloween and saw the wonderful inflatable T Rex outfit doing 100 wall balls.

Nice big space in a walkable part of the Garden District. Coaches engaged with us as drop-ins as well or better than any I've visited before (many). Working with Regional athletes always a good push!

I contacted CrossFit NOLA to have a 1 on 1 coaching experience while traveling in the SouthEast from my home in Lahaina, Maui. They responded immediately and set up a session with Ryan(sp?). He was an excellent coach and had a program set up for me. Clean, well equipped facility, great communication prior to my arrival and the coaching. Five star experience all the way!

I've been attending 5-6x per week for nearly 6 months now. I take the early morning class Monday through Friday, but regularly substitute when my schedule is erratic. They have 3 locations and tons of class options, so they are by far the most convenient affiliate in our area. On Saturdays I try to make the Strongman class just to change things up. The coaches all have some unique traits, some are more personable than others, but all are committed to creating a safe, positive environment. I've dropped in at 8 boxes around the country and CF Nola is a gem. I haven't thought once about the price for my unlimited membership because I feel better than I have in years, and I'm achieving results I never thought possible.
