Great job experience! Chris was awesome and so was the trainer. I went 3 days while on vacation and they made me feel right at home. It was actually my first visit to a new gym since starting CrossFit about a year ago and it went so well I will be going to a gym wherever I go. If you get a chance to hit a workout here you won’t be disappointed! Great place!

Started attending classes at Crossfit NOLA for a change of pace and it was just what I needed! I've been pushed harder than ever before and I've made it the entire time without any kind of injury thanks to the trainers keeping my form straight. Can't recommend them enough!

I enjoy going to CrossFit, the workouts are challenging and always different. The coaches and people are all encouraging. I use to be at a regular gym walking on the treadmill while on my phone but now I’m doing real workouts that are effective and I say that because I feel it and I know that I’m getting stronger!

Good looking facility and coaches pay attention to their classes. I was dropping in for the Open and mixed up the time they were running heats. Instead of turning me away, Jeff stayed after class and judged me by myself. Definitely uncommon in my experience dropping in and I was super impressed.

Good locations and coaches. Excellent time options for classes. Programming seems wonkish sometimes where one week focuses on one movement/muscle group too much but overall pretty solid. Would give 5 stars if access to programming was available at least a week in advance to allow for better planning.

I visited the Burthe St location, as well as Crossfit NOLA downtown, while in town visiting family. Both locations are well maintained and have an open atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having coach Janelle each day at Crossfit Nola. Coach Janelle was personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel like I was a long time member at her gym. I bought a cool Crossfit Nola Voodoo shirt too (all my CF friends back home are so jealous lol). Would 100% recommend any location owned by Crossfit Nola.

Did my first fundamentals class with Coach Brandon last night. I am much older than the rest of the class members, and have some health limitations. I was thrilled that I was able to perform everything the class covered, and that Brandon was encouraging and supportive. This is what I want from a training program. I do not want to be yelled at (never motivating) or expected to compete with younger, more fit people. I want to learn how to improve my fitness and mobility in a safe way. So far, this is exactly what I’m getting. Looking forward to the next class.

I dropped in at NOLA while I was in town for a conference — they’re in easy walking distance from the convention center. I loved the workout, got some good coaching points on the strength portion, and really enjoyed the friendliness of the other athletes. I’d definitely return if I found myself in New Orleans again!

I dropped in while at a conference in New Orleans and had such an amazing experience. I've been a CrossFit athlete since 2012 and have dropped in at many boxes around the country. This one made me feel right at home. The coach worked with me on my limitations and taught me new things. I can't say enough about this place. Bought some swag to bring home and can't wait to return!

I have just finished two months of workouts at CrossFit NOLA on Cortez, and already I feel stronger and more limber. I sleep better, and I think I’m better focused during the day. I’m 74, have never been athletic, and really enjoy workouts with people who are much younger, learning movements I might have mastered years ago had I been wiser or had access to CrossFit.The coaches here are well trained and attentive. The clientele are friendly and the environment is welcoming.
