Called to ask for a Mother’s Day promotion and had a very dry treatment over the phone. Costumer service needs improvement, will not signup my parents or call again.

Raised prices to 129 a month that’s almost equinox prices and have 1/12 the amenities. No parking. Machines are over ten years old and some don’t even work properly. Raising prices without increasing quality is not good business, (haven’t had one new machine in YEARS and current ones are old and don’t work properly!) and saying we added a couple classes means nothing to someone coming to workout on their own. Very disappointing. Tried to leave comment on FB but owner deleted instead of reaching out to discuss. Again not good business.

This place looks amazing, staff are helpful, informative and polite. Everyone flows CCD protocol.I have not joined yet due to the high Omicron #'s that are rising.As soon as the #'s decline I will join.

Very clean, good towel service, with a nice selection and availability of equipment since a lot of people do classes. Been going here for 10 years!
