24 Hour Fitness

I've had a wonderful experience here so far! The staff has been lovely, the facility is great, and I love the pool and sauna. So don't be scared off by the negative reviews... come check it out for yourself! :)

I belong to both 24 hr fitness and blink 24 hr fitness machines are of a cheaper quality and they don't maintain them there broken rusty and the place is not kept clean this is the total opposite of blink which has better machines and the place is well kept with better quality machines more heavy duty and stronger I joined 24 hr fitness paid for a year when it was on sale but when my year is up I will cancel the following year you would be a whole lot better off joining blink plus they have more gyms to choose from

Great place and very clean

If you consider the alternative gyms within a 20 miles radius 24HR Fitness is by far the best there is i really do not want to post such a good review as to other customers may see it and join and that will make this place crowded but it is well deserved, large with enough free weights and machines to serve a large crowd , more than enough and different cardio equipment for any specific needs , clean well aired with large windows to get sunlight and don't forget the free parking, the amount of free classes is astonishing and the staff very friendly and professional .I live close to the gym but never tried it because honestly their fees were not up to par with places like planet fitness in New Rochelle or NY sports club in Larchmont but considering how much more you get for the price i regret not joining sooner plus now 24HR has special membership prices that fit my budget so i instantly canceled my Planet Fitness and NY sport club memberships.and i haven't even mentioned the pool and other ammenitties which i have not tried yet, 24HR Fitness really is worth the price and more.

I have been wanting to write this review in a long time. Well, the treadmill machine, workout machine is always broken and nobody fixes it. Steam room never works.If everything was fixed it would be a good gym.

About customer service…Clients should be treated with respect. No one should be treated in a condescending manner. I came in to get help with the website because I was having trouble with it and one of the sales associates responsible for membership inquiries spoke with me. After speaking with him, I’m not comfortable returning to the club during the times he is working. This needs to be fixed.

The state of the gym is deplorable. When you address management about they tell you it’s the way it is. Nothing can be done about it. But your membership fees remain the same.

First day I've been in this gym but so far everything looks in place

Lot of good equipment, but it is always so crowded that it’s almost unusable and I’m considering finding a new gym. I wish they could find a way to make the weight room bigger.

Horrible experience with the staff . My friend invited me to that gym just so we could train together and I wanted try the gym and when I went in I told the madam that I just wanted to try the gym and she told me that I had to pay. She NEVER mentioned that there was a free trial until I told her that one of my friends had given me the information. She justified herself by saying that because it was a holiday week it was not available and then changed her argument by saying it was only for residents when I have my ID that says I am a resident. Then she told me to download the free trial code, my internet was not good and I asked her if I could have the wifi and she replied that it was only for members. She then said that I had gone to another 24 hour fitness and because that would not let her put me in the system from her computer when that is a lie, I never knew the gym existed until my friend invited me. When I signed up, the program magically allowed me my free trial. It was obvious, because I had never been to that type of gym. Thank you Evelyn for your poor service :). I do not recommend it and will not go there again. At New York Sport club you have a 5 day trial and the wifi is for the public and the stuff is nicer. I just wanted to try the gym and see if I could train with my friend in the future but with those deals I prefer to go to another one. Thank you.
