I have been coming to this studio for the last 7 years. The studio is always kept immaculately clean and it's conveniently located with an abundance of parking. They also have some great innovative pieces of equipment that you don't see in commerical gyms. Great atmosphere and amazing staff to accomplish all your fitness goals!

ELITE Studio is AMAZING! This bright open space has an awesome vibe. The studio has all the equipment and more that you would find at a commercial gym. The gym is super clean. The owner makes sure that you are becoming the best version of yourself.

Elite Life And Fitness is an excellent place to train clients. I’ve been using the space since 2017 and my experience has been awesome! Ive been a trainer for 15 years , worked at various locations through out that time and I can say that Elite is one of the best. Greg treats everyone that walks in the door like family! Right away you know you made the right choice when you start training at Elite. The gym is always clean and stuffed with all of the tools you need to be a great trainer or trainee!

To be part of Elite, is being part of a family. Greg's and his entire family have encouraged me through all the stages of my transition. I have never been in such great shape in my life. Greg has made sure I follow a new life style of eating instead of a new diet! I've had open chest surgery and the modified training has allowed me to pull my weight in the gym and build muscle while slimming down. I have known Greg and his family for many years in a different setting. I started training with him at his beautiful facility in 2017 and my life has never been the same. He has educated me about my personal fitness journey, pushed me to limits I had never gone before and most importantly he understands and knows the human body to design very specific workouts.
