nice gym...friendly staff, good equipment...a bit over priced...main problem is horrible music constantly being piped in...not sure why in this day and age when everyone has their own devices, why we are forced to listen to this stuff, but I guess that old habits die hard...

By far the best local gym in the area. Gym is always clean, cardio & weight machines always in service, staff is nice. Can’t say anything negative about it.

Overcrowded small gym. Good luck finding a machine, especially when all the trainers and their own employees are busy socializing while occupying a machine.

Arrived tonight with high hopes to try & love Equinox as I recently moved back to Westchester. Kelly at the front desk (blonde hair blue eyes) was extraordinarily condescending and rude. I was turned away told no one was there to speak to about joining, and was not provided a tour or any other information about membership. She did say I could leave my name and number for someone to contact me about a membership. I understand she was busy and it seemed short staffed but when I expressed that I was disappointed and hoped to at least take a look around since I drove over and paid parking, she had time to respond “why would you pay parking?, parking is free.” I was then dismissed and I had to ask her if I could leave my name and number. I left with no information, no glimpse of the facilities, and completely stunned by the way I was treated.
