I wouldn't look no more!!! This place has given me life!! I much rather take care of my body, mind and soul at the FTNSS STUDIO. The Coach "Cissa" Cecilia is an inspiration. I don't have to worry about feel ashamed at myself or people staring when I'm there. The group of females that goes there motivates me to keep going. The FTNSS STUDIO is clean and well organized. Cissa is one of the most kind hearted individuals you will train with. She has a wonderful, clean, and comfortable gym and she will go at your pace and push you to be your best. Highly highly recommend!

My experience with Cissa at Ftness Center has been absolutely amazing! Cissa always has a positive, encouraging and upbeat attitude! She works closely with her clients to meet their health and fitness goals and provides a judgefree zone for those beginning their journey! The work outs are tough but rewarding! I can’t say enough good things about this gym and Cissa!! Must try!!
