LEVEL Fitness Clubs - Pelham offers a clean and modern facility with a wide range of amenities, including a salt room, sauna, and spacious locker rooms. The gym maintains a good selection of equipment and its layout supports a variety of workout routines. The staff, especially Phil the manager, receive frequent praise for their friendliness and professionalism.
However, the gym has some notable drawbacks, including an insufficient number of dumbbells and occasionally broken machines. The pool remains unfilled, which has disappointed many members. Additionally, frequent complaints about high school kids crowding the equipment and creating a disruptive environment indicate a need for better management and maintenance.

This facility is comparable to Equinox — but not nearly as expensive.

Paying an expensive premium for what?Weights im the weight room is not racked. People are starting to play their own music in the morning with a beats pill. Lockers are not working and theirs paint peeling on on ceiling. You can see falling debris on the floor.

Level Fitness is clean and everyone is so respectful of others, gyms can be uncomfortable to be in at times but definitely not this place.

Best gym in town! Staff members are nice especially Phill. Makes for a great work out environment. I have been going here since it was Omni then Kenetic and now Level. Gym is always clean.

This place has gone to so downhill lately. It’s filled with high school kids who are more concerned with joking around and messing with each other than working out. They also have terrible hygiene. No one re-racks any of the weights. Machines are constantly broken (probably because the gym is filled with people who don’t know how to work out). And none of the employees seem to care about any of it. Really a shame because there are a lot of good people that work out there but talk to any of them and they can’t wait to find a new gym.

It’s a beautiful facility, with lots of work out space and machines. But since lately it’s been filled with a bunch of young kids just goofing around taking space on the machines, women bathrooms are dirty, pool still hasn’t been filled. If it is not going to be filled then don’t promote on website or with membership because the one I pay for is supposed to give me access to the pool and it’s been two months and still no water. For the amount ones pays we should have access and facilities should be more up to par. The staff as well needs some customer service training.

I joined Level Fitness in Pelham Manor just under 2 months ago and so far so good. It's always clean and well maintained. They have a nice selection of equipment and layout. The free weight section, where I spend 80% of my time, is not very big but one great thing about this gym is that I've never seen it packed to the point where you can't gain access to equipment, even during peak times. This was crucial to me! Phil, the Manager, seems very nice and polite and he always greets me when I see him. He seems to care about his members. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have with this gym are the number of dumbbells. They only have one set of dumbbells per weight and several times people take them to different rooms and don't return them. This isn't fair to other members who want to use the dumbbells. I WISH THEY WOULD INVEST IN ANOTHER SET OF DUMBBELLS, especially the 20lbs.-65lbs. sets! Other than that, it's a great gym with ample parking.

I met with Phil yesterday and spoke with him today about the membership levels.Honestly, I am looking to head to this gym.My present gym is closing its doors in a matter of hours/days as per the members. Management has not informed us, but many of us are looking into Level.Phil has been very understanding and really supportive with many of us.If you are looking for a new gym like me, head to Level Fitness. It is pricey but nice, if it is your fit.I hope to make my decision soon.

After a three day trial, there’s no chance I’m joining this gym and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. The manager, Phil, is a decent guy but that’s the only good part of the gym. There’s no one at the front desk to check people in, and the outside of the gym looks pretty bad. It’s relatively quiet and the strength equipment is decent, but the most of the cardio equipment, especially upstairs is clearly 10+ years old and many of the machines don’t work properly. The basketball, salt room, and multiple studios around the gym are restricted to top tier members, yet were completely empty; plus, they advertise a pool around the club, yet it’s indefinitely closed. The locker room is clean, but many of the lockers don’t work, two showers are closed, and two toilets are out of order. To make matters worse, all three days I came to Level, there was a woman cleaning the locker room while men were changing, which the manager allowed.Coming from a former 24 Hour Fitness member that’s just down the road, just spend your money there. It’s cheaper, newer, and cleaner.
