I have been going to this gym thrice weekly since 2014. It has very serious trainers and a friendly culture. I would trust them to solve or work around any kind of acute or chronic musculoskeletal concern.

The trainers at North End helped me prepare for and pass the police physical agility test when I was struggling to accomplish it on my own. All the trainers are incredible. Highly recommend!

Going to Tim's Strength and Balance class on Monday mornings is a great way to start the week. Tim challenges us and keeps it interesting and fun. I've taken part for the past year and feel stronger than ever and no falls! If you are a senior and want to lessen your risk of falling, join us.

I have been working on spartan technique with Tim for about four months now and I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my races since then. Tim is not only an amazing trainer but he’s also a spartan racer himself so he knows exactly what the courses/obstacles are like. He always knows what needs to be done for improvement and coaches in a way that makes learning easy. I would highly recommend Tim for anyone who is looking to get into Obstacle course racing or current racers who want to learn proper technique. Tim is also a very knowledgeable trainer aside from spartan race technique and knows how to make any workout appropriate for people of all fitness levels.

I have been coming here for a few months and I love it! The sense of community has me looking forward to working out. The trainers and staff are fun and work really hard to help you get stronger and meet your health goals. I highly recommend Northend Fitness!

love this gym! all the trainers are great, especially Tim. working out on my own doesn’t work because my form isn’t great. they show you the right way to do things and provide results. friendly, clean, and fun!

Run, don’t walk, to join North End Fitness. Everyone on staff is warm, helpful, supportive, and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and are therefore able to answer all your questions, devise an individual plan for you to work on your mutually agreed upon goals, and support you in your efforts to reach those goals. They work well with all age groups, which was very important to me. They know when to push you but will not hurt you in the process. The nutritionist is also extremely knowledgeable; she can help with a variety of things such as maintaining a good body weight, calcium intake, and more.

From day one, my experience at NorthEnd Fitness has been nothing short of amazing. My trainer Cesar is highly skilled and an excellent teacher. The sessions are 30 min intense workouts - which is perfect for me! I train 3-4 times a week. Cesar not only goes through the moves, but also explains the format and science. Northend Fitness is hands down the best self care money spent and my best personal training experience- I’ve had a ton!
