I was appalled by this OTF location! I have been an active member of a different OTF for many years and loved it.Since I do travel a lot, I have visited about 30 different OTF locations over the years and they have all been awesome! I have felt welcomed at every one of them. In addition, they all had the vibe that we expect from OTF.I was in town recently, I went to this location as it was most convenient. I used it for a week and took four classes.The class itself was ok, low energy but they followed the format.The rest of the staff was terrible, they clearly pick favorites, I hear them gossiping about members and the lobby was always cluttered and dirty.I did not want to say anything but I just felt I had to at my final class. I spoke with the manager, Averyll, and tried to nicely explain my experience. She was very dismissive, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me. She could only say, "Everyone else loves our studio."It was very upsetting to experience that especially since I have seen many other locations work hard to uphold the OTF experience.

The membership team are scammers. I was fed a series of lies at sign up - which ultimately cost me $500 to attend 3 classes. Beware if you don’t want your pockets emptied! I’m sure there are many more ethical places nearby.

I love OTF Mamaroneck! After an injury shortly after I joined I was afraid I would no longer be able to work out at OTF. The staff was so helpful providing alternative exercises. They created a space where I didn't feel awkward not doing what everyone else was doing. This allowed me to keep my routine and keep exercising, which was huge for my mental and physical health.

Since Covid, I haven’t been working out and have been hesitant to go back to the gym but the team at OTF Mamaroneck have made it easy. The sales rep, Will, and the front desk attendants have been warm and welcoming. The instructors Jayme and Sondai are very informative and encouraging as they walked me through the workout and the Orange Theory method. I’ll meet my goals in no time.

Orange theory Mamaroneck is top notch in every way! The coaches and other staff are all knowledgeable, fun and care about their clients. It’s a great group of coaches, staff and members and classes are always challenging and fun. Love OTF - Mamaroneck!

My fiancée and I started coming here a few months ago and we could not be more thrilled. The people are warm, welcoming and upbeat. The coaches and members alike are happy to be there. The staff is helpful and very friendly and the facility is clean, well equipped and well spaced out. I never leave the studio without feeling like I got a good workout in, even on the days I have to leave a bit early to catch my train for work. This is by far my favorite Orangetheory location and I now understand why and how everyone is such a fan of Orangetheory.

OTF Mamaroneck is an outstanding place to workout. The staff is always welcoming and supportive and the coaches give their all to make each class challenging and enjoyable.
