If you're serious about lifting, there's no other gym in Westchester area that has all the equipment Pro Body does. Pendulum squat, v-squat, hack squat machines, tons of squat racks and machines to work your glutes and hamstrings as well.Bottom floor area has a lot of bench presses, incline, standard, back machines as well free weights and a deadlift station.Top floor has a cardio room with treadmills and stairmasters, as well as a variety of ab machines.The price is also very accessible compared to a higher end gym in the area or lower cost gyms.If you're looking to blow up with a hypertrophy program or get stronger in an actual serious gym, this place is it.

This gym has all the equipment you need. The environment is great and the place is super clean. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Probably the best gym i’ve ever been too. They have anything you can ask for, whether it’s attachments, machines, lighting, sauna etc. Makes me never wanna go back to a public gym

Heard about this place back in the summer of a gym opening. Finally it did, I did a walk through before opening, was completely sold on it after seeing this crazy equipment, the vibe in there, an it’s a gym to grow an go to work. Great people in there who run it, I’d recommend, been working out for 12 plus years, this place keeps me locked in an always motivated.

Best gym in Westchester. Very clean place with everything that is needed for training. They make great shakes with a wide variety. I love the merchandise and wear it even when I'm not working out.
