I took my first ever boxing class here and really enjoyed it! Coach Dixon had so much patience with me which was so important since I’m a beginner. Can’t wait to go back!

It's a awesome thing they did for our community in Throggs Neck for our children. They had a back to school event Sept 3rd. They gave my son such an experience not because of the school supplies they donated, not for the free hair cuts Mr.Curtis gave our children, not even the candy, it was the People, the trainers the look on his face when he seen all the boxing equipment, he hit some bags and did a little one on one with Ms Suki for 2 min play training to see what my son could do after she seen him do a round house kick. They made him feel comfortable and all the other kids as well. My son still talks about it and once things go back on track my son will be training there since he learned at a very young age of about 1yrs old and seems to still be interested I think this would be the best place to bring your child or yourself, man or women. Highly recommended go check it out...

Every time I go to a class or PT I have the best experience. It’s a great place to work out, be held accountable and be pushed to your limits by the encouraging staff. They meet their clients where they are at and are always motivational. 10/10 recommend!

I can’t recommend Underdog boxing enough! Since joining, my 11-year old son has learned so much I’m such a short period of time, and gained so much confidence! The staff is great, wonderful environment, and coach Dixon is amazing!

This boxing gym is top tier!! It really feel like I’ve known them all for years!! Everyone is so nice not just the staff the customers also!! Coach Dixon train my boys on sundays at 10am, he’s so good with my 6-7 year old!! They are doing so good because of him and they get soooooo excited when they know it’s Sunday the next day to train with Dixon!!! Thank you coach Dixon for being so nice and welcoming to me and my family!!

I really Love the Underdog boxing gym. I signed up my 13 year old daughter for classes. She is learning to defend herself and getting fit at the same time. The trainer Dixon is really good with kids. I highly recommend this gym for your kids. I'm even thinking of signing up for myself now.🥊 …

The best and most welcoming gym experience!! If you want to learn how to box, or get one of the most amazing workouts, this is definetely the place for you. Great classes, great teachers, and awesome equipment!

Great place to workout, I am new to boxing, this is my first month, 4 classes thus far, the staff is professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. As far as boxing, my experience is been great, had a little trouble with the combos, but repetition works. My 6 year old is also a student, so we are learning together, and it is a great bonding son to father experience. What are you waiting for come and support a great business, this business makes our community better!!

This place is awesome they’ve taught me a lot in the past 8 months. My trainer kev is one of the best boxing trainers I’ve ever seen , he explains everything and moves to the trainees speed. The gym itself is immaculate everything is brand new. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s new or experienced or you just wanna lose some weight and get in shape.

Finally a boxing and fitness club located in the neighborhood! The trainers are friendly, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. More importantly, they’ve created such a nice feeling of community/family among the members. I have been boxing(since June) and doing the full body fitness classes since July. I always feel amazing after a workout session, and the results speak for themselves! I would highly recommend to others.
